This is so real! I've been confronting procrastination for the last 2 days, but I know how easy it is to slip back into that loop so I'm trying to stay on guard and avoid that. I never thought of it as abusive to myself, but you bring up a very good point when you say that. I love the way your videos give me something to really think about
