In this video, Jota Machinery demonstrates the full manufacturing process for automated fiber placement (AFP) prepreg carbon fiber.
Firstly, we need to use the slitter rewinder to slit the thermoset UD prepreg tape into a maximum 100mm width with our JT-SLT-1300F.
After you get the slit tape prepreg, you need to load the 100mm prepreg into our other prepreg slitter rewinder to cut it into 6.35mm and process spooling.
