Replacing ordinary materials with fiberglass thermoplastic composite sandwich panels is also the way to go.
Thermoplastic sandwich panels are honeycomb panels prepared by using a Teflon double-belt press machine to combine continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT)unidirectional prepreg tapes with PP honeycomb panels or foam panels through a continuous hot-pressing and cooling process.
The product is only processed by hot-pressing.
The composite process does not require any glue, and is completely environmentally friendly.
The finished products can be used in refrigerated containers, automobiles, furniture decoration industries, etc.
