4:25 Girl, I got so stressed out just listening to your retelling of what happened! Reminds me of the ducks in the parking lot you helped last year. I love animals so I was praying your story ended well. We had a feral cat mom give birth to 5 kittens in our shed a couple months ago and we already had 4 rescues and swore no more. I just had to help them and now we have 9 rescues in our home. That groundhog is lucky I didn't see him or I might've adopted him too. lol.
I know!! Looking out for animals is so stressful especially when society isn't set up for their success at all 💔 So glad you're keeping a look out too 💕
I agree with the mugs being to big also. Ugh plus I’m in the same boat, my husband would disown me if I brought another one home. Lol so now it has to be something I can’t do without. As far as Michael’s collection, I’ve seen pics of the pastel Halloween stuff but my store doesn’t have it up yet. Soon though, their shelves are empty. I’m a traditional Halloween colors girlie but I will say I like the pinks is because I’m starting to celebrate Summerween so now I’m thinking I need a few pieces for that. Lol Can’t wait to see your next video! 🎃👻
Yes, the new Hippie Hollow collection is perfect for Summerween!!! I like some of the pieces for just straight up Halloween too (to be honest), but overall, its giving some major Summerween vibes! And I'm here for it!!!
Love your blow mold! He's Awesome! About 10 yrs ago someone in my neighborhood put a Don Featherstone out with the trash , I couldn't believe it! and the condition was great no fading or dents! So I grabbed it its 3 pumpkins in a row and on line they are super expensive ! to this day its one of my favorites!
No to the hippie pastel vibe in Michael's. Love the blow mold!! I collect blow molds, too. So happy the tiny baby made it across to a patch of grass. Thanks for giving him that chance.
I loooooove the new Michaels collection!!! Its giving mid-century modern vintage ghoul which is so my aesthetic! Most of my decor is vintage from the 50s or 60s (or has that vibe), for year round but also for Halloween of course! And I love incorporating light pink in with my trad orange and black palette for Halloween (and have been doing that for a few years now), so of course there are so many pieces from the Hippie Hollow collection that are on my Halloween Hunting list!!! Oh, and I love your new vintage blow mold! Super cute! I collect vintage blow molds too and I don't have that one and now I feel like I need to find it and get it, lol!!! Happy Summerween and good hunting to you!!!!
i am so glad the little piggie guy made it! I adore Don Featherstone Halloween blow molds. They are my faves. That was a fabulous find! Also, I absolutely despise the Michaels Hippy line. I love retro, but I don't want that in my halloween. I am doing a fair amount of vintage this year.
Love the vid!! So happy you found your boy!!🧡 FYI: I saw, just this morning, that in the Indianapolis/ Castleton area Michael's is putting out/has gotten Boxes of Halloween!🎉
I'm all about hunting down treasures! I'm on the lookout for one of the spooky floor mats from the late 80s/early 90s. They were vinyl mats that had a button inside and when you stepped on it, it would make this high pitched wailing sound. It's the epitome of Halloween nostalgia for me and I NEED it! Also, as for that new Michael's line....? Thanks, I hate it 😆. But I love this video!
Way to go finding your holy grail!! It's so satisfying! I love looking in the stores and them trying to Recreate it at home. But there are some items I have to buy! Just got to be careful this year and only get what I feel I can't live without!!
I'm very space limited this year but its my first year with my own money im struggling not to go over board 😂 but just happy to be sorround by spooky goodness again!
So many people would have just swerved around the poor little guy or even tried driving over him. Thank you for beeping and giving him time to get up and go. I purchased a safety vest, construction workers wear because I've gotten so many turtles out of the road. People just think I'm working when im wearing it.
I think this might be “the year of the blow molds” for me. I have a toddler, and plastic blow molds (when not plugged in) are perfect for her to touch and hug and sometimes she kisses her favorite ghost! I have the ghost holding a jack-o-lantern from At Home, the witch from Cracker Barrel, and a smaller ghost holding a jack-o-lantern from Michaels. I plan to get the puppy dog witch from Michaels later!
This year I can't do alot of shopping either, but it's still fun to look. I'm not a fan of the Micheals line, but it's good they switch it up so people who like that stuff can buy it. Still fun to look at.
love love buying ~ supporting only small businesses or even better local or online vintage🦇☁️ They have the cutest little things~ one of a kind goodies spooky goodness Is so stinkin cute 🦨🦨
With the Michael's pink orange... merlot? color line, that I don't think it's good all together, but there's something to them separately that's neat to see. Like I could see if your home office or living room had a vampire's den theme, the wine color would fit great with a other reds and a bunch of black, for that special kind of castle spooky. And then there's the black and pink all year goth types that deserve some pink halloween items existing. But end of the day, as with all things I just hope people actually buy, display, and keep the stuff for a while and that they didn't make a butt ton of it to end up in a landfill. Because that collection feels like a big risk. Also, K O NG FU TEA's name change is hilarious and I love that their logo now includes a fan art drawing of young not Goku and is a sticker slapped over the old KUNG FU cups.
No, no, no, no! You have it all wrong! A perfect coffee mug holds at least 18oz. I can _compromise_ on 16, but actually prefer 20oz-22oz. That spectacular skeleton mug is 16oz, so it's JUST barely big enough. :D
I like your videos. Good job, thanks for putting them out in the world. Your take on coffee mugs... giiirrrlll? I could not disagree more. For years I've been begging for larger mugs and this year it seems like every place is puling through with them. I do agree with the Michaels pastel collection, not my thing at all and in fact I hate it when spooky season rolls around. the pastel stuff should be out during spring and summer and then take it off the shelves once spooky season arrives. Mostly, I hate that they only did maybe 2 years of the vintage halloween stuff. The first year they did it was an absolute banger and I regret not getting more of that stuff because the following year they werent as good and then every year after that they increased their whole "pretty" spooky products. They have also lacked on the quality of everything these days, like the paint jobs arent great theyre trying to sell a little pompom with pipe cleaners for something more than $3 when clearly it wasn't more than a dollar worth of materials. PLUS they try to get everyone but introducing all the new seasonal products with an instant 30% off...Okay, I think my Michaels rant is over with. I think this was the last year I'll be checking out michaels for spooky stuff. =/

I’m always thinking this about the mugs they put out! Glad someone else feels the same…. And I love the new blow mold!!

Omg spooky decor overload so far this year! I love it!
Thank you as always for taking us along it's always my fave. The Michael's pastels only worked for me last year for my Halloween girl baby shower.
I always enjoy your videos. Every shopping trip is an adventure! Thank god that groundhog made it! 🎉😌🧋

I’m so ready for spooky season!!😫🎃
Great find! Love that blow mold! So cute 🥰 👻
I haaaate the new Michaels line... On the plus side I'll be saving money there I guess 😂
Ooh, yes, please do a Halloween craft! And I don't like the Michaels line. YOUR GHOST BLOW MOLD IS TO DIE FOR.
I'm very space limited this year but its my first year with my own money im struggling not to go over board 😂 but just happy to be sorround by spooky goodness again!

Great idea about the construction worker outfit to help the animals!!!
@@lydiamcpherson7925 Thank you 🙂

The Michaels collection has some cute pieces for valoween 😬
For Valoween, Springoween, Summerween and Halloween really!!! But I'm a pink pasteloween girly, so of course I love it for all the things!!! :-)

The bat with the light is sooo cute!!! ❤❤
The uneven arms are so precious! 👻

Congratulations on finding that blow mold. I found one 5 years ago at an antique shop. I paid $30.00 for him. Thanks for sharing. 👻
now THAT's a steal 😄
Don Featherstone is the best name for a blow mold designer!

I mean, I like big mugs and I cannot lie. It makes me feel like a giant, okay?! 😂😂😂
I’ve been looking for the last 3 weeks for Halloween stuff and found little to no items
I am doing the same this year. Focusing more on vintage and small business.

i love this
You have way more options than my area has. We’ve got Walmart and Micheal’s. That’s it.
I love you 😭😭😭😭 that would of been me too with the baby ground hog
I actually prefer the bigger mugs because I put snacks or soups in them...not just coffee 😁 Hi 👋🏼 I'm the problem it's me 😁
I drink water in mugs 😂
🧡🎃
Tapioca makes me gag. Sorry I just totally hate tapioca period
no its totally understandable lol the only form of tapioca that I like is boba pearl form 😆
@@sarahtuhro Yeah cause tapioca pudding, I only have bad texture memories of, but as my mom said, the boba pearls are kind of like gummy bears!
