QUICK ADVICE:
Just change the valve to a t-type valve to add a bidet, that japanese watercloset though, you can resell it kasi its kinda expensive.
And yung mga exposed wiring is abang for the surface mounted center light/general lighting.
For undercabinet lighting there are LED strips that you can buy naman as long as there is an electrical wiring na pwede kabitan.
Change those blinds din esp sa toilet to Roller type blinds so you won't suffer to that kind of mechanism.
Solar panel are 2 types,
-connected to grid (pwede ka pumili what appliances to be powered by solar; this is the cheapest)
-off grid (requires a big ass battery room, pwede nang walang meralco)
meron pang third type, pero for industrial uses na sya. LOL
Get an Interior designer for a more cohesive Interiors.

Just quick info regarding solar.... in grid tie systems po,pwede na hindi mo na piliin kung anong appliances ang su-supplyan. Pwede niyo po ito iconnect directly sa main breaker kasi iconsume po ng appliances ang production ni solar pv. Tip lang, make sure po naka bi-directional meter po ang electric meter para matapon sa grid yung excess and much better kung naka net metering.

As I watch this video, I noticed that Mimiyuuh is just and ordinary person, she does not act like a rich people nor pretend, she just acts like herself, she is not shy to show her mistakes ( the exost, instead to cut that part, she still include it in this video) she knows how to be humble and not to pretend that you are a high class not just because she became famous. The layout and spaces are good. I get the ambiance na gustong makuha ni mimi, it is so welcoming at maaliwalas tignan. Napaka convenient din ng layout kahit di sya mostly gamit sa pinas. I'm assuming it is inspired by a japanese or zen layout, not to mention yung mga japanese na toilet bowls 👀. This is so good for a ready-made bought house.
Consult an architect or interior designer/decorator for your furnitures mimi. And for that balcony roof. Para maelevate yung nadatnan nyo na. Pero sana wag na masyado dagdagan ang design. The simplicity of the ambiance is such a mood.
I got my Dad to sit with me as we watch this kasi days before this, we were just having those talks again. Talks of our dream house.
