I have a couple of minor points of, not so much disagreement, but clarification to a couple of things he said. One is the notion of plausible comes out of procedural issues. The word plausible refers to the evidence. And there is definitely enough evidence to continue the case to trial and that's what plausible refers to. Second, and occupied people has the right to resist, including violent and Military resistance. And occupier has no right to harm the people that occupies. And in fact owes them a duty of care. And it's important to remember that when Israelis talk about their right to self-defense. #FreePalestine
