As a Bosnian, I have nothing to say about Iran, they proved in the 90's during the Yugoslav war that they do care about muslims(wether it be sunni/shia). I don't agree with Sami's take on Iran. Of course Iran has a project, but they don't see Sunni's as targets, otherwise they wouldn't have helped Hamas. Iran sees Saudi Arabia as an obstacle because of Saudi being a US puppet against Iran. What happened in Syria was very complicated, many parties have been involved all with his own interests, for Iran, Syria was the passage between them and Lebanon (Hezbollah). Hezbollah receives weapons from Iran via Syria. Israel wanted that passage destroyed and thus helped some factions in Syria to fight Asad regime. And the fighting then happened between those two and the Syrian people got caught in the fight.

As a Bosnian, I have nothing to say about Iran, they proved in the 90's during the Yugoslav war that they do care about muslims(wether it be sunni/shia). Diplomacy and negotiations have failed. If anything, only military intervention can help Palestinians. Currently, the powerful Muslim countries don't want war and are more interested in protecting their interests. Back in the days, they collaborated against lsrael. However, at the moment they are not prepared for the cost of any military confrontation. Personally I don't see Qatar, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Algeria etc getting directly involved militarily. The end will not be good for Palestinians because Iran alone will not stand for long. Lebanon will probably turn into another Syria.

I don't agree with Sami's take on Iran. Of course Iran has a project, but they don't see Sunni's as targets, otherwise they wouldn't have helped Hamas. Iran sees Saudi Arabia as an obstacle because of Saudi being a US puppet against Iran. What happened in Syria was very complicated, many parties have been involved all with his own interests, for Iran, Syria was the passage between them and Lebanon (Hezbollah). Hezbollah receives weapons from Iran via Syria. Israel wanted that passage destroyed and thus helped some factions in Syria to fight Asad regime. And the fighting then happened between those two and the Syrian people got caught in the fight.

Are Sami Hamdi, Shahid Bolsen, Muhammad Hijab and their ilk hypocrites?
The Quran has taught us to how identify the munafiqs with its verses.
1- It says about them: “When they (i.e. the hypocrites) are told, ‘Do not cause corruption on the earth,’ they say, ‘We are only reformers!’ Behold! They are themselves the agents of corruption, but they are not aware. (2:11-12)
If you ask the likes of Mohamed Hijab, Sami Hamdi, Shahid Bolsen and others like them about the goal they are pursuing with their podcasts and shows, they will tell you, “We are doing islah, working to enlighten Muslims and show them the right way.”
But when you look at their work and their words (their “analysis”), you will find that they are trying to defame the Shia Muslims in Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and Iran, who are fighting with their property and lives against the Zionist genocides in Palestine and for the liberation of the holy land and Masjid al-Aqsa. They are discouraging and stopping other Muslims from supporting the Axis of resistance and jihad and ascribing to them dubious motives for sacrificing their lives for Quds.
2- Their behaviour is similar to the conduct of the munafiqeen of the days of the Prophet (s) as described in the Quran, who discouraged others from supporting and helping the committed followers of the Messenger of Allah (s) and urged them not to provide them any material assistance: “They are the ones who say, ‘Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they scatter off from around him.’ Yet to Allah belong the treasuries of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.” (63:7)
3- Another sign of the munafiqun is that they prohibit people from doing what is right and bid them to do what is wrong. In the words of the Quran: “The hypocrites, men and women, are all alike: they bid what is wrong and forbid what is right. (9:67)
Trying to defame Iran and the Shia, and ascribing ulterior motives to them for supporting the cause of Palestine, and trying to mislead other Muslims about them and stopping them from joining hands with the people of Lebnon, Yemen, Iraq and Iran to assist and support them in their jihad against the bloodthirsty Zionists and their American and European masters is one of worst kinds of Amr bil-munkar (bidding what is wrong).
Note that this defamation and slander is happening at a time while most other Muslim countries in the region are either actively assisting the Zionist genocide by providing Israel with all kinds of supplies and suppressing any kind of popular protests in support of Palestine, or they are silent and passive spectators of the daily slaughter of Palestinian children, women and men.
The entire world knows that Iran has been supporting the cause of Palestine since the victory of the Islamic revolution in 1979 and the enoromous cost it has paid for more than 4 decades for upholding the cause of the oppressed people of Palestine.
The leaders of Hamas and other Palestinian factions themselves acknowledge the sacrifices that the people of Iran have made for Palestine. Yet the munafiqeen shamelessly defame Iran and the Shia, while the Muslims and non-Muslims of the whole world are witness to the Jihad of the Shia of Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and Iran for their Muslim brothers in Gaza and rest of Palestine.
4- Why cannot the munafiqeen see plain facts like other human beings?
The Quran provides the answer:
“They are deaf, dumb, and blind.” (2:18)
“They are the ones whom Allah has cursed, so He made them deaf and blinded their sight. (47:23)
