Just from watching a Porselin documentary I saw clips of Jesse and Mike both making fun of Mersh. I thought to myself how much it seemed like Jesse was doing the same routine as Mike but worse.

Weird to see podawful fans who you'd think would know Mike David better than this but apparently don't, like they just never realized in all these years that Mike David is trolling everyone all the time for fun, even in this clip he yells at jesse and then a minute later is like "I like the guy, I don't have a problem with him," and he probably doesn't mean either thing, he just wants to goof around and have fun, but jesse and his fans always take this stuff way too personally, it's pretty sad of them but I guess that's just what they are.

my only reference point for this podawful guy is that there is a local schizophrenic guy in my town who drives a van with biblical nonsense scrawled all over it. also genuinely believes god is inside of his body torturing and molesting him, as evidenced at times by cuts on his face and body.
he’s something of a local legend, and you can see his famous and completely bonkers minivan driving around the commercial district and the downtown library. despite being completely off his rocker, he somehow holds down a job and uploads to youtube constantly.
so mr pod awful would comment on his videos at one point basically begging him to come on his show so he could clout shark off him and exploit him. mind you, this insane local eccentric has far more views and activity on their youtube channel than he does, 10 times over
so anyway…i found that pretty funny. not even a schizophrenic self-harming mental case wanted anything to do with his tenth-rate talk show lol

This was a bit of a mean episode, I remember Mike and Jules got drunk and it went off the rails. They went at all the low level guys and then went at the anti mask, anti vax, pro Trump crowd. Which I think he later regretted and was totally wrong about. Interesting time in Redbar history!

Mike is obviously a very flawed individual, but let's not pretend that Pod Awful and Redbar are even in the same category of show. Pod Awful still has barely any fans while Redbar is more successful than ever. Jesse comes off as very bitter and jealous of that fact.
