Amanda is better off without this "family". Not one of them will ever acknowledge the unforgivable betrayal their father/husband committed. They will not acknowledge that SHE, not him, is the victim here. That she was violated for 15 years by the person who was supposed to protect her. I hope she finds peace and happiness without them.
What a horrible family to see the evidence and still call Amanda a liar. The mum is clearly a very selfish woman and is angry her life was exposed to be a lie.

i would NEVER let my child around any of this family. They blame and hate her for being a victim, no matter what evidence a jury has reviewed, no matter lie detector results, they are horrible disgusting people. as far as my daughter would be concerned, none of them would exist. FOH
The wife and kids know he done it, the evidence is irrefutable. They are mad at Amanda for exposing him. They all need help to accept whats happened and itll take a while. It is a truly horrible situation that HE has caused for them all.

They heard the phone conversation and still don’t believe her? I don’t understand that.
I feel so bad for Amanda, the mom is literally the worst! The brother needs mental help himself. The mom has brainwashed that family against her, she can't accept the fact her husband was a sicko and she failed her as a mother !!Amanda is better off without them.
The mother is so cold toward the daughter. Its as if she already knew. She's didn't care and she doesn't care for her daughter. She has manipulated her kids to believe her against her daughter so she can live in her own fairytale. Sad, I hope the abuse victim can move on and heal. Nobody in her family but her grandmother is acknowledging her pain. She has been abused her whole life, and they don't get it. God care for her heart and heal her.
The mom actually is jealous and BLAMES her daughter for creating it .. even tho she won’t say it. How sick. I hope Amanda finds peace.
Mother says: "I'm broken. I'm broken, doesn't matter if it's lie, or truth, I'm broken". This says everything: she always thought about herself, It was all about her, all that time. She should get broken into jail! She's complaining that her whole family is "contaminated" with the whole ordeal, but, she was i instrumental in causing the family pathology. She should have been taken her children away, and get arrested for failure to protect. Now!!!
What is Phil thinking?! These people still do not believe her and he's extolling the virtues of extended family?! Between the brothers Freudian slip, (she wants us to forgive her) the mothers' outright refusal to hear the truth and the sisters victim complex, I wouldn't allow these people anywhere near that child.
When the lie detector test came up non deceptive, why didn’t one of her family members come over and console her? Give her a hug? Tell her they were sorry (the Mom) for not believing her?????
The brother is the worst.
