Yea, it kinda got boring especially when all of the effects went away, the new speelunker ride is much better and more eye catching than this ride in its current state
Who would even ride this mess? I know I wouldn't. I would ride the Speelunker Cave. It's my all-time favorite ride in the universe. Even know I never got to ride it, I think it's a eerie, mysterious, and an amazing dark ride. Six Flags better bring them back. Speelunkers Forever.
While spee lunker cave was certainly better, this ride still worked pretty well in my opinion even though that six flags didn't like maintaining it. But, now it's gone. For me at least, I really miss this ride.

RIP to this ride, unfortunately Yosemite Sam and the Gold River Adventure has permanently closed due to extensive flood damage.
They could replace it with a revival of the speelunker cave ride it replaced.

I actually rode Speelunkers cave when I was a kid. It would be amazing if they brought it back. They do have a new park president now.
