The Nom before the tunnel made me laugh out loud 😆 We're going to Salou in the Summer and plan on travelling to Barcelona on the train, thanks for sharing the video 🙂
When I was researching at the time, Salou train station was apparently closed due to the implementation of the Mediterranean Corridor. More info here if interested-www.railtech.com/infrastructure/2022/11/16/spains-status-of-developing-the-mediterranean-corridor/?gdpr=accept
Good query CHRISE, I asked that very same question at the time myself and was told I could not book online and to use the ticket machines at Barcelona Sants on the day of travel. On my way to Barcelona the ticket machine on the Salou train platform allowed me buy tickets a day in advance of my journey which was handy. Enjoy your April trip, not long to go now 😎☀️
@@gottawander oh ok that’s a great information thank you. We have only the day time in Barcelona and in the evening or night I have to coming back to salou , so please tell me 1. Which station we need to get down 2. What time we need to start from salou 3. Which places i must visit ? I mean top 5 places in order 4. Which transport I need to use in Barcelona Thanks in advance
@@chrisegeorge3850 no worries, happy to help. For 1&2, taking the 4th April as an example, there looks to be a train at 10.06am from Salou Port Aventura to Barcelona Sants with the latest train back to Salou at 8.30pm. Check out the link in the description of my video for the Renfe official site where you can check times and dates for those two stations that suit you. For 3&4, you might be best to do the hop on hop off bus tour seeing as your short on time and hope off at any sights you would like. For example I did this bus tour below and really enjoyed it. Montjuïc Cable Car + Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Barcelona (got tickets here - city-sightseeing.com/en/home ) Hope that helps a bit 🤞
Hi! We are going to Salou in 3 weeks. We would like to go on a day trip to Barcelona. Where can I find the train schedule from Salou to Barcelona and back? Please let me know. Best regards
Hey Kris, great idea man. Such a beautiful city. Your best bet would be to head to the official Spanish rail link here - www.renfe.com/es/en Put in "Salou - Port Aventura" as origin and "Barcelona Sants" for the destination and put in the date your thinking for the day trip and it will give you the current train schedules you will need to plan it all out. 👍 For our first trip to Barca, we only had one day as well and went on a hop on, hop off bus tour. We got a ton done in the short time available to us, so if it is your first time, might be worth checking out if sightseeing is your thing. Hope it helps and hope you have a great vacation 👍🍻
@@gottawander Hop on, hop off bus tour is a good idea for one day trip :) The only thing we have to see for ourselves is Camp Nou - unfortunately it is under reconstruction but it is possible that the Barca museum will be open. This is my son's dream :) Thank You! 😀
Beautiful filming!
Thanks for that, I appreciate you taking the time to comment 😊
