Project Coordinator roles are great entry level roles in North America. However, be sure to ask about the trajectory of the role! Plenty of Project Coordinator roles are just Administrator roles that lead to a sales department. Be sure to ask how many Project Managers are in the company. Wil you be working with them directly? Is the trajectory of the role to become a PM?
Thank you for sharing your viewpoint. In the case of a shift in role to a sales department, the important step would be to look for a job/profile change.
