I found that it works on some cheap copies too which use salvaged LCD form original screens, it's really a hit an miss, depends if you get lucky. Maybe it's time to stop repairing Apple crap, they can shove it up their ass. lol
@@BillAnt those a refurbished screens , they consider them as original here and they are expensive. Yeah fucking apple trying to kill third party repairers, the problem is they can't and don't know how to fix their phones! Ridiculous! or they want people to keep buying no fixing ...
I just bought the icopy today from China . I also bought the iPhone 11 board and Battery board . They are swappable , but can't find anyone that just used it on iPhone 11 series , so don't know if it's working
i know i’m late but he said that the model he had didn’t support iphone 11 so he had to get an upgraded board from somewhere for that so i assume the one linked in the description needs an upgraded board too
i have icopy programer and i copied data from original screen to the aftermarket screen for iphone X but true tone doesn’t work? I use the same icopy device on other iphones and true tone always works can you tell me why it doesn’t work on iphone X? thanks for your answer 🙏
Hi, i did exacly the same, icopy says everytihing ok, even i can see the correct mtsn on its display, but i still cant se truetone, i tried with several LCDs, do you know what might be the problem?
Does anyone have an idea why when I hook up a screen to the iCopy Plus 2.1, it doesn’t detect any display data or serial numbers of any kind? It’s just blank where there should be display data. Therefore I cannot read or write the data from screens…. Any help is appreciated!
@@cinematix2988 < I found that some cheap aftermarket screen use a salvaged original Apple LCD, therefore it work, but it's really a hit and miss. Fuq Apple!
Does anyone know if there is a way to reprogramme the face id components such as the floodlight sensor ( all sensors attached to screen). Even if the original screen isn't there.
No, because you need to connect the screen connector to read the data from the original screen and write it into the replacement. If you no longer have the original screen, then it cannot be done. Also, if the replacement screen is not an original Apple screen, it won't work either. That's Apple for you.... I like Banana phones. lol
That's like saying "my car doesn't work", there could be many reasons for that. Try give more details like, does the programmer power on? Does it read the data? Or it write write data? etc.
@@BillAnt The unit powers on, but does not write data to new LCD. I follow all steps from the video(s), but cannot get it to work. Obviously using OEM LCD to read data, and using AM LCD to write. I've tried many different models to verify that it is not functioning properly.
@@ByeFlyProductions < Well just because you have tried many screens to write, they could all be crappy copies. The best way to test it, is by writing the data back the same screen you read it from. If you get a confirmation on the iCopy that it was written correctly, then the issues is most likely with the replacements screen(s). If it fails to write to the same screen you read the data from, then there are a couple of possibilities. 1. The write line in the connector may be defective. Replace the board with a new one. 2. Update the firmware on the iCopy box.
Fui! Bought it, copied the software for the lcd and battery, and ios DID NOT detect it as original, instead it messed up my battery, now the original and the copied battery give a not original warning!!!! Even though they both have the same serial numbers and so do the lcd!!!
Lou Lou yes! ive made a mistake myself and bought the icopy but JC is the best! no issues fo far, the icopy just looks fancy and all but doesnt work with so many AF screens as the JC

It's a good device but unfortunately working only on original screens :(
I already tested on few screens types.

how long does it take to recover?
Will it do iPhone pro Max 13
About iphone 11? Will it work with Icopy qianli ,if so where should you connect it?
I have the same question

I have to try, and its work bro. With new version 2.0
I've read somewhere that for newer models I you need a new copier box called iCopy Plus.
i know i’m late but he said that the model he had didn’t support iphone 11 so he had to get an upgraded board from somewhere for that so i assume the one linked in the description needs an upgraded board too
Now they have a newer QianLi model available called the "Apollo" which supports more functions and easier to use. ;)

Does this work with oled screens ?
Would this work with cheap aftermarket screens, or does it have to be OEM?
no

yes your not using original displays, only works on refurbished original screens
can I use a local LCD screen to copy the original iphone LCD screen data??
Where and how to get LCD MtSN if I do not have original screen from witch to copy?
Does battery replacement disappear true tone?
Will it work with non genuine display?

Screen flex cable might be dead, you can program a new screen without the original via the qianli software
Can i import truetone from original to aftermark in iphone xs? Thanks.
Yes, you can
Nope aftermarket screens don't have eeprom chips

Love it
Which is better that one or the yellow one?
This one is with me and never worked well, it’s a piece of junk!, i think the yellow one from WL is way better, if someone tried it please confirm 👍🏼
So if I replace an original screen i don’t need to follow this process to True Tone work ?
Same question bro
like the video mention before, even your screen is original and from another working iphone, its still need follow this process
as soon as i connect the replacement screen, the data from the original goes blank and does not allow me to write.
Very detailed
why i unplug the original lcd n data losing
is this working face id?
But i dont have original lcd what i do to active it ?!
good
I have the same programmer
Does anyone know if there is a way to reprogramme the face id components such as the floodlight sensor ( all sensors attached to screen). Even if the original screen isn't there.
At the moment, there is no way to reprogram the Face ID module or an individual part or sensor.
Apple strongly encrypts all the sensitive components, therefore fuq Apple! lol
Anyways of doing it without taking the screen off the phone? An easier way i mean.... I already have the new screen on.

you can also use a decent "incell" screen replacement
