- Durga Puja is widely celebrated in Bengal and other parts of the country and world for five days. This Hindu holy festival is mostly celebrated in the month of September end or October. The festival commences on the Mahalaya and ends on Bijaya Dasami. Bengali community across the globe worship Goddess Durga, along with her four children the last four days. This video is made with an attempt to capture all the major events and rituals of Puja including "Khunti Puja", "Kala Bou Snan", Sondhi Puja, Bisarjan (Immersion) etc.

Maa Lakshmi and maa saraswati aren't daughters of Maa Durga . The three goddesses are actually trishakti of shriman narayan bhagwan ( Laxmi is the shakti of his heart i.e . Hladini shakti , Durga is the maya shakti of lord Vishnu and she is also considered as the sister of lord , and Saraswati is the shakti of his vaani ) . This concept is for vaishnav prospective only because for sakta devi durga is parameshwari paratparbrahma swaroop for durga Kula shakta durga is the supreme godhead. She is the cause of every causes she is the shakti the power from her power other gods became powerful. The way Shri Hari is supreme for the vaishnav goddess Durga is supreme for durgakula shakta. As here devi is supreme so we can say that Lakshmi and Saraswati devi are her daughters because here devi is tridev janani.

Everything was perfectly captured except the last scene where Devi murti's hands were broken.... this is not fare and it's been considered as inauspicious incident among Hindus....so please be careful from the next time when you people will bring Devi idol for immersion to water bodies....
It was not the people's fault, the clay became soft due to the rain that's why the hands are all bent down, the clay became soft and heavy so the hay structure inside couldn't hold the weight and plus the hay was wet too.
