You always are so polite and genuine.. so nice to see. World needs more humans like you.
Yes, I love the way he interacts with others. Miss your wife coming along with you, but it was nice to see your dad.
You are always respectful when making offers and buying items. I’m a late bloomer at this eBay thing and learning everyday you seem to have a lot of knowledge at a “younger” age than me. Always fun watching!
Hi 😊
That stick thing you blew into is a didgeridoo from Australia. It has aboriginal markings on it too.
Hi From Australia.
Another great day of treasure hunting! Great to see Papa Picker again. Blessings
Great to see your dad again, so nice to see all your content, love all the video's!!! We are all team Matt !!!
Love your videos, Matt. Your kindness to everyone is so nice to see! Thank you for sharing your adventures! 💙
I agree Matt is a really quality person!
Matt you should look at the back side of the 📀 dvd. I have found many with lots of scratches.
Nice that you and your dad can do this together once in a while!
That Harley buckle, I would have passed too. Too high for me to buy. Thanks for the vid, I always learn from you guys making these.
The horned instrument It's a didgeridoo. And from the sounds of the video you were killing it 💯
Yes it sounded good. That is what they are supposed to sound like and a few other notes. It is called a digeridoo. From Australia made by the indigenous people there.
Love this! Y’all supporting drive by cottage industry ❤
Hey Matt if you buy that “TEAMSTERS JACKET”! “I would love to buy it from you for my Buppa whom I never had a chance to meet he passed before I was thought of was a “Teamsters way up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and drove from our Hometown to Chicago after getting out of the Marine Core of WWII”! Oh please please I will buy it for sure. I’m disabled yet I will buy it-Thanks a million buddy! I know it’s been awhile I’ve just had alot going on with my health and then my Step Dad #2 passed who I was very close with and of course I was sick-I was able to see him the day before he passed although he wasn’t awake, yet he knew I was there he cracked his eyes “like he was waiting to see me and know I was there”! It was very hard on me! It’s the 3rd time this has happened to me. No one bother to call me-Luckily I just showed up.😢😢❤💜🤗💪♥️🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞Hugs to your wife and children. You guys ROCK! Sorry so long and TMI….
Hope you get to grab the Teamster jacket! ( :
I’m so sorry for your losses. Please accept my condolences. Take care of yourself going forward. Hugs.
If you could put the tamale delivery persons info up I’d love to buy some when I come out. If you have favorite tamale place I’d love the recommendation. When I come to California I eat buckets of Mexican food and Ramen. ❤
@@lisageilhausen1866 Thank you; I never had the chance to meet any of my grandpas for they passed b4 I was born. Both very young ages in 50’s
Hope you sold it to him❤
WOW - Tamales take me back 25-35 years ago - Story goes I was a school band director for 33 years. I had many Hispanic students in band and for a fund raising event the Hispanic families and one white guy band director would talk a local farmer into donating a pig or two. Then the fathers would butcher the hog, cook chicharones in a huge cauldron over a wood fired pit, and steam cook the meat over propane burner pots. Then the women in the school cafeteria kitchen would spread MASA corn meal with lard onto steamed corn husks and the steamed meat into the tamales, and back into the men's steamers for final cooking. One or Two hogs would make about 250 dozen tamales which my students would sell locally for $10 a dozen wrapped warm in foil. The chicharones were just divvied up among anyone who wanted some. (Chicharones are fried pork skins)
The event would encompass a full Saturday from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM with many rich stories, tales of Mexico, Laughter and children running around everywhere, and many heartfelt memories for my retirement years.
How are the tamales? I was hoping you would throw up a pic with “priceless” lol 😂☘️
Haha they were good
Matt you are a respectful person and an excellent picker. I enjoy your videos. I always keep my money in small bands. You are asking the guy to take less money on the item and then you whip out a huge bankroll! Kind of insulting. Let them think you don't have a lot to spend and they were being generous. Better result for all. Also, why do you park so far away? You are hiking with heavy loads! Not good for your back. If you are doing it to get steps take a wagon or something. Good luck!
Good to see Dad about with you! Nice shopping as usual!
Thanks for watching Clare!
Nice to see you & 'Papa Picker' :) Thanks!
Thanks for watching Deb!
Haven't seen your dad in a video in a while! Welcome back!
Thanks so much Jason!
Great video! I like seeing you thrift with your dad. Love the Tomales delivery.
You very kind Debbie, thanks for watching!
😮30.00 for a dozen… I cry over 12.00 a dozen here in Uvalde,Tx 😅.. happy you support small business 😊love your videos
Wow, I know California's cost of living is expensive. $30 for a dozen of homemade tamales. Where I live it's $14.29 a dozen and they're homemade from the best place to get them where I live. Unfortunately, everyone knows them so they have a long line outside their parking lot and a block from where they're located.
Same here, I live in Austin but twice a year I head to San Antonio and stock up on Tamales, usually wait an hour in line just to get them. About $12 a dozen...
Thanks for being respectful thank you Poppy picker
Love watching you and Kayla. First thing I put on my TV in the morning. Need more new content. I see you always look for gaming. Flea markets here in my area have them for 5.00. Everytime I see them I think of you. Tons of games also for 1.00. If interested I'll be happy to send them onto you. My son has hundreds of games...ill ask him if he wants to get rid of any. I'm not a reseller, don't have the time cause I have my own business. just love to shop. Thanks for your great segments. I am subscribed to both you and Kayla.
Hey Matt huge swap meet and flea market in Turlock this coming weekend 28th and 29th. You will not want to miss it
I love watching your videos . There is one things that scared me. An that is pulling that wad of cash for everyone to see. They could jump or hit you without you knowing what is going on. Please be careful.
You have a kind spirit. Love watching your videos.
Hope you and the family are well Matt big love and support from Scotland 😁
Hi Matt and Papa Picker! Sooo happy to see you both! ( :
The Teamster Jacket was very nice! ( : The red wing boots are definitely a grab! They look soo new! ( : Cool large instrument! ( : Nice you see your regulars at this flea market too! ( :
Matt, you're missing your normal blue basket! Using Papa Pickers today?! ( :
Great hauls at chabot flea market and tag sale! ( : Can't wait to see what you find next! ( :
Well were they good? My hubs just loves authentic tamales. I loved the Tony Lama boots you got. I live in Kansas City area and so far I don't really see many boots at thrift or sales.
They were tasty. Thanks for watching!
I missed your garage sale videos! Hope you get to go to more soon!
Great video. Always love chancing on a yard sale. That poncho is terrific! Nice seeing your dad along!
Your very kind Jennifer, thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing Matt, great finds as always!
What app do you use when you check for the value from your phone? Enquiring minds want to know...
You find some very cool stuff on the regular. That's what keeps it fun!
I was wondering about the title, because the Merch wasn’t that great.then I figured it out,lol it was the tomales 😂😂 love mat so kind ,respectful and patient
Hey Matt, Glad to see Papa Picker back with you ......
Your very kind Victoria, thanks for watching!
Let us know when you put the tamales on your store... so we can bid 😉
Your RUclips game is growing Matt! I love all the content
Love the didgeridoo! @ 3:42 I played one as a project in college. Cool!
Everything you do is ok. Always nice video's. Thanks. ❤️🇳🇱❤️
$30 for a dozen WOW !!! Here in Texas, they are $12-$13 a dozen ..$30 dollars 😮😮😮😮😮
After eBay's roughly 20 percent cut and maybe $5 shipping you could have made about $19 on the belt buckle if it sold for $56 total.
Always enjoy your vlogs. Almost bought a duck, it's been a while since you bought ducks
Matt do you ever see your friend Bruce that you used to buy the bulk cleaning supplies from? Great video as always, Thanks.
Haven’t heard from him in a while
Yay papa👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 missed you.
Loved the dog 🐶
Great show
🥰
Your very kind, thanks for watching!
LOL I had to do a double take on the Teamster's jacket in the beginning of the video. It was local 921 - I'm in local 911 (My full time job). Great finds as always
Teamsters jacket, Red wing boots, ,Norte Dame Green jersey, American tour T-shirt, Vivatar and Pentax camera lens, Keen boots, Tony Lama boots, Beanie Ty Doodle the Rooster, Gap Women's overalls, Life is good hat, Nike sports bras, E-Z Toter , Poncho Blanket, Thanks Matt Take Care Out
Got to love that hustle on the tamale sales 👍
Those Red Wings are worth the price you paid, plus the steel toed. Those boots are made here locally in Red Wing, Mn 😊😊😊😊
I would love a tamale delivery lady. We have a tamale guy. He sells in the Walmart and 99 cent store parking lot. However, he will deliver if you ask.... for a "small" fee 😉 😆
YUM! Tamales!! Can she deliver to Anchorage, Alaska? :)
That was a didgeridoo from Australia. It is a aboriginal wind instrument . One that long can run into the thousands. It is made from eucalyptus wood and extremely hard to play.
I lived in Union City for many years it's nice to see some of place I use to go to.
Hi, can you tell me the music you play when showing your items please, thankyou.
And Sylvia hi there picker. Good video again thank you.ukxx
Get some saddle leather polish for boots, as it waterproofs them
Great to see Papa Picker back out. Score on the tamales!
Another great video. Good pick ups.
Nice catch for you on the homemade Tamales, l hope they were good. A little pricey but I guess that is the going rate in California. 🥰
That's a good day at the market Matt and the yard sale..😍😲 Love the Red Wings boots and the Photographer lenses were a fantastic deal..👀😉 Nice to see Papa Picker with you today.. Tamales FTW..😍 Take care guys..👍💕🔥⚾👊
Thanks for watching Jackie ✌️
Do those Tamales come with gold bars? Wtf 😂
Really nice jacket pick up thanks for the video and information 😀
I live in Brentwood, all these places are in my neck of the woods…even though I want out of California as soon as I can.
Love the rewrite and blue purse
The screw mount lenses are usually interchangeable. The bayonet mount (Canon, Minolta ) etc. are not.
Holy cow $30 for a dozen tamales?!?! Where are you? We get tamales for about $15-$20 a dozen! But in DFW area of Texas. 😊💕 great finds though
Bill 🐶 has a deep voice...but very adorable. "SHE said yes" 😂 I kept rewatching that part lol
We love our Belle!
Did you insert that sound on that digereedo , cause that was awesome
Cool seeing that didgeridoo at the flea market.
What sling bag are you rocking? I like the front chest pocket. I have a Patagonia like that. But it doesn’t fit my phone.
30 bucks for tamales guess depends on location and the delivery fee. im deep in the south of texas and tamales all over the place here businesses and people sell here prices from 8 bucks to 13 plus a bit more depending if specialty.
Another great video! Thanks for showing us all the comps, it's helpful to us.
Always fun to see your Dad out with you!
We do have fun, thanks for watching!
I'm still waiting for my hat LOL The tamales sell for $15 a dozen here in NM but they are half the size of the ones you bought. Enjoy the tamales as much as I enjoy your vids. Cool finds MATT.
Hey! Did you ever contact me on Instagram?
@@PartTimePickers yes I did. thanks
Those tamales were huge
yesss i remember when i was a kid and the tamale lady with a cart would come by best tamales i have ever had !!!
Fire video, keep it up you inspired me to start my channel 🎉🎉🎉🎉
If you ever find beanie baby’s definitely scoop them up they are big sellers in the bay. I have seen them go for huge money in the sold comps. I have sold a few for hundreds
Ty Beanie Babies are selling again? Cool!
Out of curiosity, which Beenie Babies did you sell on the hundreds? I need actual proof cuz B I’ve got boxes of them.
Nice find of things Matt
I got a chuckle when you said sometimes Beanie Babies are worth thousands. And then you posted a 3,000 dollar Beanie. Sounds stupid posting a $3,000 dollar Beanie doesn’t it. Nobody in their right mind would buy a stuffed animal for that amount. 🤣
Dammmmmmmmm… 30$ a dozen!??? Wth that’s crazy!! Here in Houston.. 20$ a dozen is pushing it. They better be filled to the brim with meat.. don’t need no dam salt and it better come with its own salsa!
😊you did a great job on the didgeridoo. It's hard to play.
Always enjoy watching your search for treasures!!
Big fan! But as a Swapmeet vender… by playing that didgeridoo you may have just kissed every person at the swapmeet. It’s funny when people pick up flute/harmonica/trumpet/sax/whistle they can’t help but put straight to mouth. Don’t get me started with selling back scratchers at Swapmeets. 🤙🏼
I was a little unsanitary, thanks for watching!
Iove watching you and thank you for sharing ❤❤🎉🎉
Sarcastic joke, beanie baby 3k...love it. Lol. Thanks 😂
Another great video. That's an odd way to sell tamales, but whatever works, I guess. It's a great way to make a name for yourself.
You should have bought the didgeridoo for $10. Great price. And that's exactly the sound they make.
No doubt that was a steal for $10! Nearly 20yrs I brought one back from Australia for a buddy into music & I want to see it was $80. Some can be quite expensive. It sounded right to me.
$30 a dozen for tamales wow! We get em for $15 or less here in Texas. How were they?
They were great, thanks for watching!
Bell is adorable new mascot
when it shows "SOLD" is that his sale or someone else's ?
Wow! You can play the didgeridoo!
They be taxing you for them tamales in cali Facebook marketplace is flooded with people selling them for $12-$15 a dozen with delivery where I’m at
30$ for the food that’s too much we pay 16 for the dozen over here in Chicago
That’s a first for me - tamale delivery! Were they hood!
I like that didgeridoo you looked at. Those are pretty cool!
You'll break even on the camera strap alone even if you have to donate the vivitar lens :-)
You need to put the price of items different place on the screen. You put prices on left bottom corner. So it's under the writing of what your saying
Sounded good on the horn!
Matt you are so polite❤
What do you think is better? Chabot or DeAnza? Hope you are doing well.
Never been to deanza
@@PartTimePickers DeAnza is at the college in Cupertino, first Saturday of every month. I went last October.
