Excellent question, it was extremely hard to crack the egg shell, I spent almost a week working on the right mechanism. During the test I have only dropped the shell ones out of 11 eggs I had to use. There are little metal blades that hold the shell in place.
LOL. It took a lot of errors and broken eggs to get to perfection. I was surprised to find out how strong the normal egg is and who different eggs are from different stores. Bacon come from Costco
Great job. Are you not worried About lego pieces interracting with heat from the stove? how did you clean all this? do your lego pieces smell like eggs now?? Why did you need the blades on the egg cracker? What blades did you use?
Hi , sorry for the long time to reply. I have used transparent tape to cover all Lego parts that contact with the egg. The stope has several hot plates, I used the smallest, it was always covered by the fry pan. I used custom made blades from utility knife, small piece, they helped to breach the shell from the bottom and hold the parts of shell from falling down. Thank you for asking.

So apparently a lego robot can crack eggs perfectly while I can't even do that without exploding the entire egg shell
You will get it at some point. This robot took a long time to make and it would take less time for you to learn to not break those eggs.
