When I picked up my MY this week, I was doing delivery checklist and popped open the frunk. I was by myself but I still said aloud “what the heck is this thing?”
"Do you like that" always make me laugh and I don't know why😂 usually phrased twice consecutively for comedic timing and combined the classic shorter "shit"
I like your "driver's food" references: "No time for double penetration!" "Holy guaca-mol-y!" And for some reason I always crack up when you say "nothing to see! nothing to see!" Good charging performance: "E-tron go home!!" Beh-em-veh: sometimes your press car, or another beh-em-veh on the road, comes with the "optional signal package" 😂 Bjørn brings humour to car videos "like a bo-ass!!"
Class Björn, 🙌🤣🤣. So funny explaining these phrases/acronyms. Great to hear the classics again. This is why people love your channel. 👏👏👏. My young son always says “Like a Ninja’ to everything and every time he sees a model3 he says there goes Tesla Bjorn 🚗. Just a shame that irony and sarcasm can be lost on some people. Keep going deep Bjorn 🤣.
This is a great video and trip down memory lane for those of us that have been following you for 5 or 6 years! Favourite expressions - ABC Milkman YOLO it Type 3c
I loved the "deep in the dark forests of Norway where no one can hear you scream" followed by the "muahahahaha". But this was some years back.. Also, recently I love the "evil laugh" edit with the added reverb effect 😂
I have followed your channel for several years, and you have been one of the few reviewers who actually discovers new content and does real quantitative tests and goes through the effort to understand vehicles and results. This was a great introduction into the teslabjørnian language lol.
Hands up who wants Bjørn merch? Tees & hats. I'd love that sh-ee-t! My top 3: "What da heck is dis?" "Double penetration, garlic sauce!" "nein nein nein NEIN!!" - 999.9 logo 👍Bjørn Merch for the win
Haha, love it! Also, isn't 'Fat E-tron' also a TesjaBjørn expression? I hear it used regularly here in the Netherlands. I've even heard an Audi dealer mentioning it to distinguish between the original E-tron (55/50) and the Q4 e-tron.
Thanks Bjorn! It wasn't too hard to figure all of these terms out over watching many hours of your vids. I think the lingo definitely makes your channel unique and you feel like an "insider" when you can understand all the secret terms. Very witty and unique. Great community you have here!
As someone who grew up speaking German, I love all the German crossover terms because they're so accurately descriptive! I especially love the SalzSchmutzFest (although technically you don't capitalize the interior letters). My aunt used to say her car was a SalzHering (salted herring) after it had been through a SalzSchmutzFest for a while. Keep the Bjornisms coming!
Because of you, I now use (to much irritation to my wife) so many german terms, like "ladestau" "stau" "NEIN, NEIN, NEIN!" and "schmutzig"... I´ve come to love these words because of you :D
SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT! Just the way you pronounce it. It's fantastic. I won't stalk you Bjorn. You are entertaining, and very imformative. I appreciate all your work. Looks like you covid recovered quickly. Stay safe with you and wifey.
You forgot TBTP, TeslaBjøn Test Procedure, I can't say I have a favorite, all make me smile...😁 This video was not needed by us veterans, but was very entertaining! 👍😁
Wow I've heard all those throughout the years but never stopped to count them all. My favorite of course is the type x discharge, to me the most original 😂
"I'm not too serious on the channel" Really? I see a lot of people who still haven't understood it on the comments 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway, "always be cleaning" from schmutz was one of my favorite ABC ever 🤣
Awesome video! As a Quebec resident I totally feel you with the salzschutzfest. If you ever decide to launch a merch store I'd like to buy a "the Weapon" t-shirt 😂
For me for sure the preferred one is ABC. It applies to so many things! Friends of mine recently bought their 1st EV (Mokka-e) and I offered them a Type 2 cable to use on public chargers, remembering them to ABC !
recently I very often use "let's hammer it" or "shiii..." or "ninja..." I love your way of playing with words even using german parts combining to english... very great job! ... uuuuh I forgot the best: "what the heck"! 🙂
That was hilarious, as a German. You forgot about Helga. Also actually for me bimelim buumelum sounds even funnier than typ3c discharge. Keep up the good entertaining work
ABC is definitely your best or let's say your most flexible used expression. Always be cleaning is another way you use it often 😀 However I like all your expressions 👍
The “afterburner” function has an analogy in ICE technology, where Diesel engines sometimes have to generate more heat than the ordinary operation produces, for instance to heat up an oxidation catalyst to burn soot particles trapped in a filter. This is achieved by injecting fuel after the ignition has taken place, resulting in unburnt fuel going down the exhaust pipe to ignite in the oxidation cat. The effect is similar: you make the engine work less efficiently deliberately to get more heat that you use to a scope outside driving. (Of course electric is still much more efficient, but at least the heating in fossils is almost for free most of the time, because two thirds of the energy in the fuel will be transformed into heat anyway - even when you need air conditioning rather than heating.)
Add to that the fact that, from time to time, the catalytic reaction needs to happen in a fuel rich environment, you get even more, and constant small afterburner.
I think my favourite is the "what the heck is this thing" demonstrations. Another one I remember that you didn't include here is GOM, for the guess-o-meter.
Hi Bjron, What kind of roof blocker do you use on your Tesla in this video? Somestimes i want to use it when parking in the fully sun and in the summer.
Awww Shieeeet. You pretty much covered them all. Some are jokes that tend to be in the moment things like when Ionity is broken and you need to "Call Helga". "It's always a _____" Left lane hugger or toyota driver or something else. I've forgotten any the Nimber terms you had during Optimus Days other than "Fart Sucker"
I have a new one for you. "Ståbil" is a Swedish word, directly translated to English "Standingcar". It is used for cars that have a relatively long distance between your head and roof of the car. Usually a non-sporty car which is driven very slow on the roads. I.e. Hyndai Atos.
ABC is my favorite. Because “you Always Be Changin’ it”
You missed: "What the heck is this? A weapon?" 😂
That's the "running joke".
It was hilarious when he picked up a car with Marcus, and Marcus responded by explaining what it actually is.....
My favorite Bjørn speech at the moment is, “ The right side is the wrong side, the left side is the right side” 🤩🤟🏻
Greetings from Middelfart
"Greetings from Middelfart"
🤣
There couldn't be a more appropriate greeting!! (type 2 gaseous emissions 😂)
@@ObserverDingue sometimes names makes good entertainment in another language. In case you were not aware, Middelfart is a town in Denmark.
As a German, I like it when you throw random German words in.
Oh Scheiße Polizei Schnell!!
Love it as well. Gives this channel lot of humor in my opinion😁
Salz Schmutz Fest.
One of my favorites.
Everyone does, also Italians 🤣

@@ObserverDingue Hahahaha "do you like that sh*t??"

I use these expressions and acronyms on the daily now. Especially the "sheeeeeiiiiit".
Invariably each video will start with with "Yo what's up", and a drive with "We are on the move"
Also, "we are now in the garage" or "we are now in front of the house"
Even though I know all of the expressions, I really enjoyed watching it and going through all of them. What a great community you create!! Keep it up!
Hi Björn, I cannot forget the one you say… “holly guacamole” 😁
ABC for sure is a classic one. But I also like done d u n.

«Ninja» is my favorite! Love all your crazy words, makes me laugh! 🤗😂
I never realized how many of your expressions are innuendos. Nice job lumping them together.
Best example 7:55 says "I don't wanna dig around too long" and shows a clip of eating a Hotdick.
As someone who grew up speaking German, I love all the German crossover terms because they're so accurately descriptive! I missed the "excel sheeeeet" in your summary.
AFAIR the nice guy eating with Bjørn was a follower that happened to be at the "tankstelle" when Bjørn arrived and offered Bjørn dinner.
Nope, he was in fact a stream sniper.
