Hello Rich I'm 14 years old and I live in New Jersey and I have been a vegan for 3 months now and I have felt great! You met my father Michael when you can to New York one time and I just wanted to say you truly inspire me to be healthy. I'm looking forward to see the vlogs, you should vlog all the races you do and stuff like that.

Kyle! High five!! Amazing! At 14 years old to make those changes you have is SO inspiring! Keep at it! It will become like second nature the more you stick with it, ideas will manifest naturally and what a master you have to follow like Rich! Infinite blessings to you and your family!

Hey, there's no judgement on the content of the vlogs; these shouldn't be scripted. You're doing a great job and we appreciate anything you're able to provide. You continue to be inspirational! Great work 👍

Great to see you back Rich. I'd love to hear you reflect on your journey. Perhaps pick a certain feature of your life each time (e.g. Podcasting, parenting, running, eating, meditation, making a contribution, risk-taking, etc) and then put something together that describes, reflects, explains, dissects what was and now what is and the journey and also where next. I also love the day in the life general vlogging stuff. Thanks and I'm very grateful to have your work in the world 👍

Don't listen to all the people who want you to be Casey N. Just be Rich R. Your strengths are in your abilities to communicate and relate to others, and you are on a very healthy and interesting path. You don't need to be a quirky hipster etc.

Rich firstly , I had the same problem with my fitness website, I found it hard to put daily content, I love your podcast, I love our book, i have converted to vegan mainly because of you, and I was a paleo preaching personal trainer before that. I can't tell you how much it has changed me spiritually, anything from your vlogs is great , just get in front of the camera dude , you vibrate positive energy , ps have you done vipasana ?? I know you are on your own meditation journey but this is a total game changer, life changing , peace and love dan

Rich, thank you so much for sharing snippets of your daily life with us. Watching this vlog yesterday at work on my lunch hour allowed me to escape the world of my job for a few minutes and be reinvigorated to live healthy! The fact that you went swimming in an outdoor pool while it was lightly raining (not storming) was inspiring. Even though it was an overcast & rainy day for you there, you still got me pumped to go work out after work. Thanks, Rich! Good luck with your training. I'm one year behind you in age, so please keep doing what you're doing. Being a righteous dude living healthy! I hope some day to meet you in person.

You ALWAYS inspire me Rich. The amount of positive vibe-- and the you can do it...emanates from you. So happy to hear about the new cheese book. After I went vegan - it was a BURDEN lifted - to leave the addiction to cheese behind. This book Julie wrote is so necessary. thank you for sharing.

Day in the life, meals, recipes, workouts, inspiration quotes, what your kids/family are up to. General stuff you see on most RUclips channels just in *your* life which is unique and unlike any other. Really cool would be to have in video your prep for the competition, what you pack, the planning process for that and then even if you have someone filming for you, the behind the scenes as well as any footage possible of your competing and finishing the race.

Hey Rich GREAT to have you back v-blogging!! I will take anything you put out!! Me, personally I would love to see some content on your diet while on the go, some more insight into your mediation and any idea how to be more consistent in your workout/exercise. Not very original ideas but those are the areas that I find myself struggling with. Also, don't be afraid to put up some political stuff (even though I live in Canada). THANKS Mike

Wow! I've watched many videos and documentaries over the last 5 years plant-based diet & nutrition but didn't really follow one until my husband told me he was ready to make a change and asked me to help him. We just started a plant-based diet. It's nice to hear his wife was such a huge influence in his transition.

So excited to see more! Would love to see video of your podcast content; behind the scenes, bonus content we don't hear on the podcasts, etc. Hearing them is amazing but there's something about seeing a conversation happening and watching a person's expressions and mannerisms. Keep up the awesome work!

I love your vlogs. What I appreciate about them most is how relaxed they are. It's perfect. Don't change them. You're such an inspiration to me! I do have a question for you: Can you and Julie talk about the physical transformation you went through. I know you were a lawyer at one point. Now you seem to be a totally different person. I'm intrigued by the change in your appearance. Did you ever feel like you weren't living the real you before you made the switch to plant powered? Do you feel like now you're being true to yourself?

Glad to see you in my RUclips feed! Confused by the "I'm back" declaration and the the disclaimer of no promises on consistency. But, if you're going to forge a consistent presence in this medium, I always learn a lot from the real life application of the goals and tenets of one's life. While I'm under 40, I've discovered that people don't believe what they profess, they believe what they live.

Rich! Great to see you using RUclips again. Love the idea of video taping your Podcast. Just keep it simple Dude. The JRE Podcast is a great example. Create a cool space and just let the conversation with your guests be the focus. No need for "Flashy" effects and Editing Cartwheels. I have no doubt you'll get it right.
Because of your influence I've become a runner and plant based (I know, you get that all the time)
A lot of the information out there is focused on the "competitive" athlete..which is great.
It would be great to see a segment(s) on nutrition and running or whatever sport for the amateur.
Guys and gals who still want to maintain fitness and strive for moderate goals. Maybe segments focused on "Just getting started" or "Been running less that 5yrs" "Running between 5yrs and 10yrs" and of course focused on different age groups. Some of the "body breakdowns" we can expect as we get older and things we can do to prevent injury and build strength.
Ok, I'm rambling, I'm all coffee'd up. As they say up here, "Keep yer stick on the ice!"

Welcome back! Isn't the artist way one of the best books ever! Are you writing your morning pages every morning? Love it.
Getting a sense how your day look like is amazing. Thanks for that. Would love to hear how you get started on new projects - stuff like RUclips, why didn't you straight get onto it and what brought you back? How important is it to have someone experience on your side. Also it would be interesting to see how you get in touch with people you'd love to meet, people you look up to, that inspire you. Is dropping them an email enough nowadays? How was it at the beginning. I guess you'll not have a lack of ideas, it's more structuring them in a sort of logical way ;) You don't wanna roll back all your life...
Maybe something you've learned / something that surprised you each week. Just some thoughts. I feel as an business owner you're on constant learning journey.
Oh and who's in your team? Would be amazing to see the behind the scenes :) I so love that Julie becomes her own brand and really showcases her amazing talent as chef. Super inspiring. Thanks for everything and at the end, just show us your happy & fit smile and inspire esp. other 50 yo - it doesn't have to be in a job you hate, unfit with health conditions. This is super awesome! Sending peace and plants & sunshine

Rich, I was at that place with cheese for such a long time. Things finally just clicked in my head that eggs and cheese really aren't healthy for my daughter and I after a video from Nutritionfacts. org. I've given up red meat. It's been easy. We keep chickens for permaculture reasons and they till the garden, eat the pests, etc. Our daughter sells the eggs but if she or I wanted one every once in a while, I figured, "what harm could it be?".
My husband went plant-based a few years ago for health reasons. His grandfather died of a heart attack at 40, his uncle died of complications from a heart attack and his maternal grandparents died of strokes.
I have PCOS which caused hypothyroid and type II diabetes. I was on an insulin pump until 2014 when my coach, Jamie Campbell helped me achieve my dream of racing Iron Girl. I was just getting into plant-based eating then with my husband. After Iron Girl, I couldn't really afford to keep racing because financially we just couldn't budget enough. I kept exercising but still had those once in a while eggs or cheese that you spoke of and the darn mayonnaise which I have now replaced with vegan mayo. It's been a journey, but my 5 year old and I have finally made the transition to fully plant based this month. I no longer see how eggs and cheese can help HER live a healthy life with a family history of heart disease, diabetes, and PCOS. People like John Kholer, FullyRawKristina, Chef AJ, Vegan Richa, FatFreeVegan and you, have all helped me continually evolve and recommit to a healthier lifestyle. I appreciate you being open and sharing that this lifestyle doesn't have to cost a lot and there are ways to get around the old comfort foods to let go of the standard American diet and the reasons behind why it's so important to change behaviors. Thank you!

love your work Rich, you changed my life with a few podcasts. I loved Tim Shieff's podcast and later I found out that we have mutual friends and his flatmate lived in New Zealand, went to school with my friends. Basically, I went to London and met up with him. what a great guy he is! Anyway, I think what I've learned is that we are so powerful and we can do anything we want to. You are amazing sir! Keep doing what you doing - spreading the message without drama and hate. I love the way your approach encourages people to disregard anything they don't agree with and enjoy the the things they connect with

Rich, would love to see more in-depth videos about your workouts. Your insta-stories are great! But more filming and explanation would be interesting. Glad you're back!

I'll work on that. It's tricky because I want to focus on the workout itself rather than the documentation of the workout on film, which distracts me from the goal of the workout. But with Michael my hope is that we can accomplish this.

Rich can i just say im loving your vlogs!! You and your family are what inspired me to become vegan. my story is similar to yours. i was on the "window" diet my whole life. after weighing in at 360lbs and having such severe inflamation in my joints that by the end of the day I literally couldnt walk. I knew it was time to take the leap. im 340lbs right now and still going. The healing that has taken place with my joints and body through this lifestyle has blown me away!! thank you for all you do!!

Nice to see you back! I can't imagine how difficult it must be to figure out which social media channel to put your energy towards.
If it helps at all, I love the podcast and gravitate towards this vs FB Live!

Maybe for the vlogs introduce a story from the past and how it shaped you and what you learned from it and maybe talk about how it can also affect us

please do more podcasts on food as medicine. i love the one about julie's cyst way back, with the ayurveda - perhaps expound there and such. also, what are your thoughts on the medical medium? overall love all your podcasts, guru singh rocked. maybe incorporate tcm also for podcast. that's my 2cents. thanks!
