I got a '23 RDX tech last year. I was tempted to get an A-spec but the drivetrain is the same. The only difference is that the A-Spec is nicer looking and would draw more eyes. Sometimes I wish I would have pulled the trigger on the A-Spec but I would rather have something nice but not so nice that people want to steal it from me.
A-Spec is just a package with bigger wheels and some sort of body kit without modifications on the engine. Sometimes it's better to go low-profile

Bought paid in full 12/2023 at a Toyota dealer 2023 Camry, TRD $33,000.00. V6 302 HP white/black. Only problem for me is: I wish it had all the features of the XSE. It's designed to be a sports car. It's the wifes. I drive a Avalon 2017 and love it. Paid $21K for it two yrs ago with 28K miles.

This guy no joke )) Reminds me of my self when i had a 2006 F350 dually. They try to steal it twice from me. I had to use heavy duty chain to chain steering to the seat base and front wheel to the frame ))) No kidding , my buddies were laughing ! also i disconnected push rods from the key cylinders in both doors , as that was the weak spot on ford to get in. key cylinder held by a plastic handle clips )). Oh and $70K truck back then ford decided to do without immobilizer. go figure.

I have a 2021 Venza and it is a great car, I get 39 mpg average normal driving. Smooth, really quiet, rides great. Enough power to get out if its own way. It is a great family hauler that is extreamly comforatable and well built
No SUV is worth $75k in my opinion. It's still just another glorified grocery getter.

My 3 bed, 2-bath, 1 car garage house was bought for $57k in 2012. Now the neighbors are selling the same house types for $170k. I still can’t wrap my head around a $75k box on wheels. And if I did it would be a V8.
I'm pretty sure Scotty could buy a brand new Ferrari if he wanted to. I could too, but I never would. I'm in the $30k or less vehicle club and always buy used for cash. Financing cars is for suckers.
If you have great credit, then you may qualify for 0% APR loan. Paying cash for a car is not always good, you are turning a liquid asset into a deprecating asset, as always, each to their own. Luckily my 2008 base model V6 Highlander runs like a champ, because everything is really getting quite expensive.

My neighbor tried to buy the Venza two years ago. Too long to wait, so, they bought a Nissan Rogue. Guess what.....it had to have the motor replaced after 2 weeks, with less than 500 miles on it.

It doesn't make sense when cars are nearly 100% price difference when materials are the bulk of the actual value in a car, and performance and feature differences are minimal. I simply can't get on board with car prices these days, and understand more than ever why many people just decide to only have 2 or 3 cars in their whole lives
If I had money, I would buy a daily drive like a Camry. Then a bmw m8competition for fun and a jeep wrangler for off-road.

We are driving two hybrids. One is a 2011 Prius, one is 2016 Rav4. Neve had a repair as of today. No plug-ins for us.
They really wanted my uncles toyota pickup back in the day. He had the club and some other stuff. Flat bed and crane it was gone. If they really want, they are going to lift it

The best solution even for rich people is going to the manual transmission, not any EVs. It will last so long, more than CVTs and any automatic ones.

they should come up with a technology to unlock the steering wheel and take it with you when you leave your vehicle. to put it back, some long code is needed to snap it back into place.

The engine is available in the TLX Type S sedan.
Remember the Acura NSX? Almost nobody bought it. They took way too long to get it from concept to production just in time when enthusiasm faded away as soon as it went for sale. Missed opportunity

Like Scotty, I’d never pay that much for a car. $75k for an MDX is ludicrous. No doubt they are beautiful cars and are great, but why buy new when you can buy a used one? I paid $34k for my 2019 in 2022. It’s a base model, but it has all I need; and Apple CarPlay. I’ll drive my 2019 for many years and let the $40k, I did not spend sit in the stock market making money for me.
I have a 2006 MDX with over 160K miles, & my dad had a Ridgeline 2007 with over 300K miles - both running strong; dad finally changed his out for a nice riding Ford, & at 92, he should have a nice ride. but I am only 62 for the next few days, & I can still take the hits, so I will keep the AWD MDX till I find a nice CRV or RAV-4, I really like the smaller ones... The new ones are as big as my MDX, so WHY would I change something that is working for the same at a higher cost?
