    Dude you are a beast out on the water. I would do just about anything to catch a catfish the size of your first one in this vid lmao. I did get my PB yesterday, 7lb channel. thanks to your videos I’m moving up pound by pound

      I carried my brother out, back in April. His first time "catfishing" and his first catch weighed in at 56 lbs. We caught a dozen more over the next 2 hrs, between 20/50 lbs. Then they just stopped. He didn't stop talking about it for 3 weeks. I've never had another day like that in my life but...
      Ya gotta keep that line WET or it can't happen. 😂😅

    You know I got all that fancy livescope, spot lock, big boat, the works, and I catch the most fish when I just go back to basics and keep it super simple just like you did here. The fancy stuff is nice but you damn sure dont need it

    GREAT video!! As far as fishing bare with-out all the graphics is refreshing!! I watched a BASS tounament this weekend and they had more screens on their boat like they were helping land planes. Like VIDEO GAME fishing. Alot of flatheads!! LOVE IT!!

    You need to do like I have done for years. I tag every fish ,I catch and it's very interesting to go back to that water ,catch that fish or have someone email me ,that they caught a fish with my tag on it.

    If you still have your ray marine it wouldn't be that much trouble would it? Just a small motorcycle size battery then you could tell depths and contours. That's what you used before you got all the bells and whistles.

    I have seen you catch 2 at a time lassoing and on the same hook and Fly and bait. But have you ever caught one while lowering the bait? If you have can't remember it.

    Hey Justin, I'm looking at getting into kayak fishing. I've been watching some of your older tip videos. I was wondering when you do anchor down do you still use a drift sock? I just can't tell.

      I rarely use a drift sock anymore since I mostly suspend baits while anchored now. The drift sock was helpful when anchoring in current and casting baits out

    I have saw other cat fishers say that they seem to catch more flats without electronics powered on, like they can sense it. Do you feel like you catch more flats without electronics ?

      Tough to say for sure. I definitely catch more flats when anchor fishing versus moving though.

    I think flatheads would survive almost anywhere. Prob be a murderous invasive species in a lot of areas.
