Im a fan of all modes of Glenn, but came into him more through this band and this album when I was just starting high school. I wouldnt get into The Misfits until after high school, so I had many years with just the heavy metal side of Glenn. I actually owned Black Aria and November Coming Fire before I owned a single album by The Misfits. As a lifelong fan of redheads, I remember the video for She Rides VERY well. I love that track and most everything from the first two albums. "Blood and Tears" could be a good song to introduce Steph to next, if you want to go more of the ballad route. "Dirty Black Summer" has such a good riff, I feel like everybody can get that song. "Cantspeak" is an underrated track and the album it is on (IV) is underrated also.
Well I’m off to find your Misfits reactions… Also it occurs to me that Violent Femmes could maybe get some traction. Maybe starting with Kiss Off or Blister.
Why can't I get.. just one... Well you know. Haha. But honestly, in keeping up with this channel, I showed her the Misfits OFF camera before I had this channel. Soooo.. there isn't anything there. HOWEVER, Violent Femmes is a GREAT suggestion! :)
