Thanks for the comment. You can see the actual FPS in the top right corner as well as gpu usage, it's an in game fps counter. The top left corner shows steam overlay 1 fps counter, but due to the resolution 2560x1440, the overlay looks small. Anyway the game runs at smooth 30 fps in that resolution and the settings shown at the beginning of the video, and there are practically no noticeable drops ever. It's the purpose of the video, to show how well it runs on a 4K TV.
