NO SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGE - IS IT REALLY WORTH IT?

If you follow me on social media...you'll know for the past week or so i've been extremely quite. A little while ago I admitted I am clearly addicted to Social Media and my phone abit too much...and some of you challenged me to this.
As silly as it sounds I was scared to do this one because of fear of breaking down everything i've made up so far (the small following I hold)...so it was defiantly a challenge for me to say the least ...but did I complete it?

It such a good thing to stay away I have come off for the past 6 weeks and it was amazing, only came back to share my experience in south africa and i'll be back off but I know now I don't need it. Good luck with it :)
