It feels really important that people talk about this, so thank you so so much for sharing your experience and raising awareness. I've struggled with anxiety in the past, and I've actually found it is worse when I'm spending more time on RUclips. I have to pull myself back sometimes and have a break. Have you ever tried mindfulness before?
Yes I also feel like social media makes it much worse! I've tried meditating but I can't seem to get into a routine with it with everything else going on but I know I need to find time to do it as it is so beneficial! X
@@EwaBrzeskaMortgagesFinance ahh yeah I think there are often barriers to things like meditation- it can be so much easier to do when you're already feeling relaxed! I find that calm music often helps me x
