asa a Caribbean who's country makes these...this makes my eyes hurt! you should have use your green sauce from the Peruvian chicken recipe if anything. this was a French turn over. not an empanada lol
Many countries make empanadas it's just called something different in other countries. It's also filled with different ingredients depending on the country. So it's still an empanada.
