as good and tempting those food may look, that guy took the money then touched the food again!! without washing his hands or any hygienic intervention in-between!! am i the only person who mind about this and would give up trying the food for it?
+Juliussimo I totally agree. Not only that, but he also have four electrical outlets where one are black!!! Not safe either!! But really! FFS! Get over Yourself. Welcome to every country in the world that's NOT the over protected USA! Nobody; and i mean NOBODY have ever died of food poisoning because of food handling. A few (sadly) from bad food, but that's a different story. Geez! You f*ing numbnuts are to many.
Angelica Béen over protected plz man. America is not the safest country to live in. Weaponized guns to protect yourself, dangerous people where you need guns to protect yourself, overly hostile cops due to hostile people, copious amount of greasy fat cancerous foods and a dodgy government which even its own people have doubts.
Highly skilled and very hard working people. Being from the UK, I don't fully understand a lot of what's being prepared but the video was well shot and very enjoyable to watch. Thanks for posting.
~.~ I came to WATCH how they Make them, I'm NOT planning on actually going there and have one... so they can not use gloves for all I care, I'm not eating them germs!.
Hong Kong self celebration festival "city on fire /song" celebrate daily protest happening . stay away and Come another date. Latest Starbark menu “pepper spray latte” and “tear gas macchiato,” another new blue dye coffee only in Hong Kong
This is so much cleaner and hygenic than the Indian street stalls where they use their hands for everything, including making pastes with their fingers! ugh. I would happily partake of this yummy food. And they actually use utensils here.
+Seka Dolic I totally agree. Not only that, but he also have four electrical outlets where one are black!!! Not safe either!! But really! FFS! Get over Yourself. Cleanest street food preparation I've seen on RUclips so far.Do dripping and clean stall. It would be better if there is another person incharge in receiving the cash/payments,put some gloves on,wear aprons and hair nets. But overall everything looks delicious :-)
Then just cook hygienic food by yourself cause this this whole world if u want to eat outside then somehow there will be somekind of unhygienic things might go... So dont complain... If u dont feel like sont go
What was that white stuff he was putting in the crêpes ? Was it mayo or something like a cheese or yogurt sauce? Whatever it was the customers seemed to really like it.
"Street" food though .They don't have time to wash thier hands since they need to make these quickly .If you decide to eat street foods , you need to accept this .I have eatten a lot of street foods but i rarely have any big problem .
Where is the difference? Touching the money with gloves and after that the food or doing the same things with bare hands? and you are going to touch your food after you walked the streets up and down touching everything... he just touched the food, the money and some utensils
This is literally fast food, they gotta be quick and efficient when making the food they dont have time in between each money touch to wash their hands.
Too Soon Junior Hong Kong is a part of china only in name, in virtually all other aspects such as law, sports, economy, politics, and food, HK is vastly different from china. The staple of HK cuisine may be inspired from Cantonese, but the food in the video certainly can't be found in Cantonese-speaking regions, just in Hong Kong.
I'm so hungry right now.
as good and tempting those food may look, that guy took the money then touched the food again!! without washing his hands or any hygienic intervention in-between!! am i the only person who mind about this and would give up trying the food for it?

Looks good. I love how he is handling money and food at the same time.
I didn't see any handwashing between handling the money and touching the food. That's not good.
