@ 1:14 - Not okay passing that pedestrian on the shoulder at that speed. It was all bad, but that pass was so far beyond being even a little bit okay. You likely would have crippled him at that speed. What are you going to say to him, his wife, his kids when you see them in court. Take some time and reflect on that, please.
