When a Yamaha inline four sounds like a V4, but a Ducati V4 doesn't. We live in strange times. :D
Vfr750/800 sound is the best v4 sound!
Aprilia V4 is the king of V4's.
Yamaha inline 4 is more road friendly so to say, it has a nice character.

Fun fact. Ducati engineered their V4 to sound like the V2.
Pefect lines in almost every corner , really nice flowing ride with no extremes, and then you saw a light , a stoplight in front of you, and then a Schaf became a WOLF

Earlier this year, I bought one. I must say, your previous videos on the MT-10 had something to do with that ^^. The MT-10 is great to drive and I do not regret getting one. I had an S1000XR and an S1000RR before that. I changed as I wanted a bike with a lower centre of gravity on which I could still put on some slight hard luggage when I need to (which disqualified the Tuono). I was not disappointed and, even though most reviews I saw talked about how great the engine is (including you), I must say I was still surprised. Some things are definitely better on BMWs, but man, that engine is great. In my opinion, it also handles more like the S1000RR than the S1000XR, which is also what I was looking.
All in all, thanks for your recommendation and continue making such videos. That's always great to watch (or even just listen to while working ^^)

Thanks Disek! It sure is although in very quick changes of direction it has the tendency to bounce a little bit. You wouldn't have that on the SP version ;)

SS125. Little bit crowded at times but still very nice, one of the best roads in Sardinia. For me even better is for example Nuoro - Orune - Bitti. Enjoy !

Das ist meine Hausstrecke 😉 und nein, ich wohne leider nicht auf Sardinien. Ich bin normalerweise jedes Jahr ca. 3 bis 6 Wochen dort und die Strecke liegt an meinem Quartier. Offensichtlich hast Du ja auch Gefallen an der Insel und ihren geilen Strecken gefunden. Leider konnte ich die letzten zwei Jahre nicht dort sein und kämpfe mich hier gerade aus meinem privaten gesundheitlichen Loch. Deine Fahrt hier zu sehen hat mir geholfen und mich gepusht. Danke dafür! Falls Du auch mal gern etwas nascht. In dem nächsten Ort der dort kommt (Baunei) ist auf der linken Seite ein Eiscafe ... das Eis ist aus Ziegenmilch und mit Abstand das geilste Eis, das ich jemals gegessen habe 😉 lieben Gruß!
Das Ding ist auch echt ein Monster. Da spürt man das Adrenalin beim Zuschauen, danke 🤘

Dream land to ride (during off season, avoid july/august) almost without speed cameras and shit (not like in Corsica, even though cameras are used as shooting target lol), great motorcycle, great skill as always!

Seeehr geiles Video! Beim überholen von Motorradgruppen tu ich mir immer schwer, weil ich nicht in der gruppe drinhängen will. aber..einfach schneller sein. ;) großartig!
Dank dir! Ich würde normalerweise eine Spur verhaltener agieren beim Überholen. Aber auf Sardinien sind viele Mopedfahrer dann doch etwas stärker motiviert als sonst. Da hab ich damals jedenfalls dazugezählt ;)
I wish we had roads like yours here in India. Damn cow ran into the road and stood there causing me to go offroad while cornering hard. Fortunately nothing happened to the bike or me. I consider myself extremely lucky. Ride safe brother ❤.

Some people talk about rumours they gonna discontinue the road legal cp4's sadly. R9 came out instead of a new R1 and they didnt update the looks of the MT10 so yeah... :(

Already been said but given how good those lines are worth saying again, epic, perfect lines all the way through. Love the camera, is horizon stabilisation? I have insta 360, hardly used and not on the bike and looking to do this!!

Ich dank dir, Thorsten! Bei manchen Kurven in dem Video hier lenke ich zu früh ein, aber ansonsten bin ich auch ganz zufrieden ;) Ich kenn die Kurven nicht wirklich, aber die fiesen Ecken (gibt 2-3) hab ich mir schon gemerkt. Vor allem der 90 Grad Knick nach einem geraden Tunnel, auf den man gerne mal mit leeiiichht überhöhter Geschwindigkeit trifft ;)

@@Schaaf I did, it only says akropovic however there are 3 configurations available. Akro muffler only, akro muffler and akro link pipe or the full akro system which includes headers, link pipe and muffler. That’s why I asked “ what exhaust configuration”.

I felt the adrenaline when you mixed up with the group of these fast riders. If you join, it's so hard to give up. And so easy to push harder and make the mistake. I don't know how it works for Schaaf, but for me (an average rider) It's a tricky situation. Once again, thanks for the ride!
It can be tricky for me as well, depending on their speed. These guys fortunately were still slow enough to be overtaken fast and somewhat safely
This wasn't a group of fast riders. They had leather gear, but that's it. I'm not trying to insult anyone or to say they weren't good riders. But the fact is, they weren't fast.

Die bin ich letztes Jahr auch paar mal rauf und runter mit da 10er. A Herrlichkeit. Wechsel aber trotzdem heuer auf die neue 09er SP. Die 10er is für mich "Zniachtal" einfach zu vii Moped. :P

I'm a new rider and that lean angle just looks insane to me, must be some good ass tires
It's actually the tarmac and not the tires. Sardinian tarmac provides a super high level of grip. Even wooden tires would work on these surfaces :)
Take some time to learn to ride properly. It's a skill you need to learn over time. Don't go too fast too soon. It might just save your life. I will be 60 next month and I may not have made it if my buddy didn't tell me exactly that when he sold me my first bike at 18.
