  • The transformation you're about to see gives new meaning to turning the tables! 40 Interior Designers from around the country convene at the famed Cipriani's 42nd street in Manhattan where the excitement is contagious. Designers have just 5 hours to decorate an over the top table---the theme? Flights of fancy!
    The designers hard work is all to celebrate Lenox Hill Neighborhood House. They are widely recognized as one of New York’s premier nonprofit organizations. They are an130-year-old settlement house that provides an extensive array of effective and integrated human services-social, educational, health, housing, mental health, arts, nutritional and fitness-which significantly improve the lives of thousands of people in need each year, ages 3 to 103, on the East Side of Manhattan.

    Excellent job of capturing all the tables coming together and the friendship and encouragement of the designers. The video also captures what Lenox Hill does best, taking care of Upper East Side residents in need. Remember charity is need at home first. Thank you Home Worthy!

    Really loved this insider view! All the tables were luscious and a feast for the eye! Some of the designs did block off people sitting at the same table. Beautiful to see but maybe a bit frustrating for the person sitting there. Thank you for showing us this!

    looks like this competition is more for flowers arrangements. Aren't we supposed to see our friends all over the table are we? These huge bunch of flowers and such are blocking the view.

    • @katiag1235
      @katiag1235 24 дня назад +6

      Exactly my thoughts, considering how small the tables are seem completely abstracting the others 🤣

    • @PamDubier
      @PamDubier 24 дня назад +2

      I know! If I were to do a table (no designer here), I’d float balloons with flowers and birds around the edge of the table- between seats- so I could have something floating over the table area rather than blocking views.

    • @prettylady995
      @prettylady995 7 дней назад +1

      No you can see your table guests as these arrangements are tall. The width is tall. The lower part of arrangement is more narrow. It’s not as obstructive as you might think.
