      I have also explored that option. They are cost effective affordable and have multiple projects over ther and all are 6 to 7 storeys building.

      Yes work has already started in sec 5. Infact the Delta and Bhagwati near completion are in sector 5 which is near entrance. The approx cost in a gated tower with amenities would be around 50 including taxes and parking depending on negotiation skillls

      CC Ani RERA project madhe invest kara. RERA number ghya Ani website var jaun check Kara. Kiti hi paise asle tari kahi amount bank kadhun loan ghya, te sagla check kartat. Ready possesion vale project ghya Nahi tar shevat cha option. Rent var raha aani tech paise Mutual funds madhe invest kara.

      Yes you can because there is no such restriction, there may be in few projects but that is my assumption. But I haven't heard any developer denying basis community.

      Well as far as expensive is concerned i would agree. But far from Mumbai won't decide the price because it's near 1.6 kms from Navi Mumbai Airport

      @@WandererPatil How often you travel to airport. General people need local train to travel on daily basis. So far there is no connectivity for train commuter. Rate is almost like Ulwe.

    पाटील साहेब,शी बिल्डर यांच्या कडून फ्लॅट घेतला आणि फसवणूक झाली तर त्याला जिम्मेदार कोण??? तुम्ही बिल्डरची पूर्ण माहिती काढून नंतरच जनतेला माहिती द्या, जेणेकरून येथे फ्लॅट घेणाऱ्याची फसवणूक होणार नाही....

      Saheb mi faqt location chi mahiti dili hya video madhe. Ani sangitle ki ha number aahe Ani jyanna interest aahe tyani ha option consider karava. Sadhya mi faqt location information det aahe. Tumhi jara detail madhe sanga ki issue kay jhal mi broker nahi aahe pan mala complaints Ani dissatisfaction addressal system cha knowlege aahe. Jevdha hoil tevdhi madat karin.

      @@WandererPatil साहेब हे जे बिल्डर आहेत यांची अगोदर कोणत्या नावाने कंपनी काढली होती आणि ती बंद का केली??? हयाची माहिती तुम्ही घेतली पाहिजे. आता या व्हिडिओमध्ये तुम्ही डेल्टा, भगवती बिल्डर यांची माहिती थोडक्यात दिली याचं कारण मला माहित नाही पण डेल्टा, भगवती बिल्डर हे पहिल्या पासूनच एकाच नावाने प्रोजेक्ट करतात. पण या शी बिल्डरची कंपनी ASP च्या नावाने काढली होती आणि लोकांना चू.... बनवून बंद केली....... बाकी तुमचं काम भारी आहे पण अशा बनावट बिल्डरच्या नादी लागून तुमचं नाव खराब करू नका. 🙏🏽
