They let anyone settle in their land unlike other tribes that are hostile & aggressive... I'm a second generation here and my kids are the third generation although they are all out of the country pursuing their universe studies. Something admirable is that there is no need of buying stones/bricks for building. The land has rocks already if they can utilize that for building. Search documents from the Lands Ministry, a clear Title Deed with no cases in Court, no siblings claiming part of the land etc. If it's a mother title make sure the transfer process is in motion and that all parties have signed the transfer documents. This is Kenya, you can have three or four people having the same Title Deed.

Are they fruit trees your family have planted Joy. That is what kids do , that is why I truly believe that angels protect children. Joy this reminds me so much of the island where I was born Long Island Bahamas go and goggle it. You will see something different there are beaches. I grew up on Deals beach where my paternal grand father had his shop. And you would not believe it that we too need a hospital in that area of. The country overall . But there is much bureaucracy in planning acquisition of land etc. but we shall see how it can turn out.
The Name of that hospital is going to be called JT lake Victoria General Hospital and the School is JT Secondary school or primary school that's so lovely 🏫

Something admirable is that there is no need of buying stones/bricks for building. The land has rocks already if they can utilize that for building. God is faithful, it has a good scenario of the lake, the owners are community minded n above all I congratulate our dear sister who never cheated her husband n squandered the money. Congratulations 🎉 to the both of you. Please make sure you have the actual documents in hand. Search documents from the Lands Ministry, a clear Title Deed with no cases in Court, no siblings claiming part of the land etc. If it's a mother title make sure the transfer process is in motion and that all parties have signed the transfer documents. This is Kenya, you can have three or four people having the same Title Deed.

Are they fruit trees your family have planted Joy. That is what kids do , that is why I truly believe that angels protect children. Joy this reminds me so much of the island where I was born Long Island Bahamas go and goggle it. You will see something different there are beaches. I grew up on Deals beach where my paternal grand father had his shop. And you would not believe it that we too need a hospital in that area of. The country overall . But there is much bureaucracy in planning acquisition of land etc. but we shall see how it can turn out.
