H-11's incident report:
"On March 26, 2024, at approximately 10:09 P.M., I was sitting stationary on I-540 near the 9 Mile Marker and observed a black
passenger car approaching a high rate of speed. I was not able to lock the speed on the rear radar. However, I locked 80 on
the front radar while still stationary. I turned on my headlights and pulled onto the roadway, the suspect vehicle began to speed
up.
I followed the vehicle off the 8 Exit Ramp to Rogers Ave. The vehicle pulled into the Road Runner Gas Station, and I initiated
my lights for a traffic stop. The vehicle was a black Chrysler 300 bearing a Mississippi drive out tag 032524 to the rear. The
vehicle stopped at the last pump and was facing towards Rogers Avenue. The driver fled pulling onto Rogers and then onto
Cliff Drive. We then went south down to S 58th Street. At the intersection of S 58th and Boston Street, I attempted a Tactical
Vehicle Intervention (TVI) and failed. The suspect vehicle slowed abruptly and turned east onto Boston. We proceeded down
Boston under the I-540 overpass turning south onto S 62nd Street. We followed S 62nd until S 66th Street and turned south.
The suspect ran the red light at the S 66th Street and Phoenix Ave intersection. They continued south on S 66th Street turning
left onto Jackson Street. Jackson Street came out to S 69th Street where we went north and came back out to Phoenix Ave
and turned east. Trp. Roam #400 was traveling the opposite direction and became the primary unit in the pursuit. I continued to
inform dispatch of the pursuit. The suspect vehicle turned north on S 74th Street, turning east on Rogers Ave where the
suspect began driving recklessly They then turned south on Massard Road and then back west on Phoenix Ave. The suspect
vehicle blacked out, weaving through traffic. They finally turned right onto S 74th Street then entered Three Corners Apt.
Complex located at 3500 S 74th Street. Turning into the complex, a black female passenger jumped out of the moving vehicle.
She was later found. The vehicle continued to the back where it dead ends. Trp. Roam performed a TVI, stopping the vehicle
The driver was identified as Markale McDonald DOB: 11/21/2002. He was driving on a suspended license. McDonald was
advised of his rights under Miranda and placed into my vehicle. The vehicle had a strong odor of marijuana. A search was
conducted and revealed a half gallon bag of marijuana that weighed 55.4 grams, a joint that weighed 4 grams, a scale, and
several clear baggies were found in the jacket pocket that McDonald was wearing. McDonald told me about a pervious injury
where he had broken his leg. Fort Smith EMS was called to evaluate him. He refused treatment.
The passenger was later found near S 74th Street and Rogers Avenue where she was trying to enter into a cab. She was
identified as Taziya Sanders DOB: 5/24/2002. Sanders sustained minor injuries when she jumped from the moving vehicle. She
refused treatment from EMS. Sanders claimed to not know why McDonald had fled. She further stated that she jumped
because of being scared and just wanted to go home.
McDonald was willing to speak with me on scene about the fleeing and marijuana. McDonald stated he feared going to jail
because he knew I would smell the marijuana and search it. He also claimed all the items found as his. Sanders was released
without charges.
McDonald was transported to Sebastian County Detention Center without incident.

**EDITED RE-RELEASE OF EPISODE 877**
"You picked the wrong state to run from"..
"Welcome to Arkansas"!
Love my beloved home state!!!!
The look on that young man's face when the Trooper told him that the last guy that ran from him got ten years. The look of defeat! Accountability may have just found him.
6 months in australia or nothing. they can take your car,
@@matthewnorman9803 some places in the US they do take the car . The laws vary from state to state. Running from the police is like a game too some of these young people. And it shouldn't be take lightly!
In California this chase would have been 10 hours long and he would have gotten 6 days in jail.
@@AspireGMD the town I live in band high-speed pursuits. Crime has been horrible. The mayor says that it hasn't. But auto theft has and so has ever other Crime. Every low life know the police won't chase them. So what did they expect would happen.
This is like déjà vu all over again.
When we’re hooked, we’re hooked. Loving NST!
I couldn't agree more with your brother...
It's always wash, rinse, repeat....
Love ASP they don't do the mess around very efficient well trained ❤💙
Thank you for another awesome chase James! We love NST!!!
Records indicate he's a convicted felon currently on parole for possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver in 2022. Then he was convicted on driving on suspended license and failure to appear in 2023, to which he plead guilty. Now he has an open case for fleeing, possession with intent to deliver on this stop in 2024. That must be why he was "scared."
Damn, and he's only 21. Kid's going to have a bleak future. Thanks for the added info, it's appreciated!
I love these videos all we have
is smuggler videos in Texas and edited majorly. Keep up the good work stay safe Troopers.
Troopers Roam and Elkins, are awesome.Trooper Roam & Elkins, wasn't in the mood for any crap from McDonald.(can't blame them). Another great video. Glad the female was found. Pursuit Friday has been exciting & action packed.Thank you NST, for your hard work, you never disappoint. We appreciate you. ♥️🇺🇸🚑 🧢🧢🧢
Umm, sorry, but that is part of being an LEO! You already have to know the type of people you'll be dealing with. IN the MOOD or not! Respect goes a long way. I was also thinking how cool these guys were till the officers started talking outside of what they were paid to do.
@SaltNCheyenne You can be as sorry as you want. Personally, I will stand by my comments and observations. You can stick with your opinions. I work closely with every branch of Law Enforcement. As I respect Law Enforcement. In the mood or not, every person and situation is totally different, even if the situation appears to be the same or similar. They don't get paid enough to do what they have to do. You're right about one thing*Respect goes a long way*. Maybe you should try it. Have a decent day.
@@PamelaCulp-k7v Yeah, NO! And it is a shame you do work with them. If they "don't get paid enough" then they need to find another line of work. You have the day you deserve
@@PamelaCulp-k7v ANDD.. I bet their superiors would agree with me. OR do you say they would just placate the public like that??
They should confiscate the vehicles and sell them with funds used for new trooper vehicles or safety equipment.
This is even better the second time around. Thanks NST!❤❤
Do you understand these rights? Now sit down and shut up. Gotta love these Troopers!
But he was scared so tired of that crap Trooper Elkins did a good job but Trooper Roam was a different beast great video from James at NST
Hey NST, again. Watched before it disappeared but now it’s back!,, so am I. Hope you are well as I sport my new N S T cap!love your work!💙❤️💙
Hi Sharon!
Hi Linda! Hope you’re doing well!
Sharon I'm hanging in there like a loose tooth! Lol
It's all day, every day.
Great catch ASP! You folks are so awesome! Thank you NST! Great videos as usual!❤
Great team work from the Troopers. NST Thank you for another great video.
If you're from Arkansas and run, you should already know what's going to happen with ASP behind you.
I’m definitely digging Trooper Ronald Elkins comments as he pulls up to the end of the pursuit!! lol
Like talking smack when the fight is over😂
It never ends does it😆😆😆
İkinci polis müthiş ondan kimse kaçamaz
I was scared how many times do troopers hear this crap
Thank goodness 10 was there because 11 was seconds away from losing him. Multi tasking aint his thang.
Man that police car was huffin and puffin!
8:27 …
Isn’t that the building a different perp crashed into at the end of another pursuit?
😂😂😂
I need to move to Arkansas where crime is taken seriously and not hindered by politicians. My momma was born there, but she and my daddy moved when he was honorably discharged after being wounded in the Korean war. My husband never made it back from Desert Storm and now that I’m retired, I’m ready for a location where law enforcement is taken seriously and applauded.
I like the truckers cap
“I was Scared!” 🙄🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ Same B.S. excuse all these idiots use.🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🙄🙄🙄
NST. I think the report attached here is for the motorcycle pursuit…unless my phone is doing crazy things.
10-4
Black kids to jail with you end of the story and yes am black don't run from the cops
That 300 sounds bad ass. What motor do they use in those?
Happy ending
Trooper Ronald: "youre a real dumba$$ you know it!" 😂😂😂😂
From Atlanta to Florida to Arkansas to California (xtra longer chases tho ) who's NEXT because this stupid 💩 will NEVER END!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
When you're told the last guy got ten years in prison .......let that sink in buddy !
You got a felony now for being dumb and stupid.".. I had to laugh. Thanks NST.
Guy asking if the penalty was the same if you had a clean record made me laugh. Why ask this when you have a suspended license and carrying weed?
Nothing like turning less than 2 years on probation to a major felony. Tarnished record into a darn near rust ruined record, with some serious prison time.
They need to really crack down on these clowns. This excuse “I was scared” so I drive like a maniac endangering other peoples lives and property is pure BS. This needs to STOP!
It wont
Thought he was going to get repossessed
The trooper saying he's blacked out shows just how useless it is !
It must be embarrassing being a decent Black person seeing this all the time! Sad!
Love it when the Troopers tell them HOW STUPID THEY ARE! Truth spoken.
Huge lack of professionalism!
I wished the law enforcement here where I live in Missouri were like they are in Arkansas because people don't stop at stop signs here especially if a police officer is right there. Or go speeding passed them. Or their licenses are expired. They don't do anything
I'm becoming so jaded...
why did he run?
Lol. 😂@@JDP-we9hk
Cause he scurred
23:31
Because he's driving a Dodge product- it's required
Definitely the wrong state too be a runner or a criminal lol what you gonna do when they get behind you ? I’ll tell you what not too do an that think you’ll get away from these guys they don’t give up they will tear your car or truck all too pease’s if you choose to run they do not play well with others lol .
Extreme reckless driving
23:12 they sure do. 😂
"Never ever leave your wingman. You'll find yourself driving rubber dog chit out of Hong Kong. "
Does Fort Smith not have a police department? Where in the hell were they at?
They do not assist the state police in any form or fashion
"My leg is broke" after he just walked to the squad car. I can't breathe. I was scared. You ain't supposed to chase me. I'm tired of all the bullsht. But they're the 'victims' you know. Such a load of crap.
How you not get away in a scat or cat
where do you go to get the hat i want one
The link to click is in the comment section to this video.
here ya go. ebay.com/usr/naturalstatetransparency
His leg is broke, so I guess that's the only reason he didn't become a track star when he was pulled...
You have the right to remain silent… please, for the love of all that is good, exercise that right 😂😂😂
He was more respectful than the officers.
Word of advice: DO NOT RUN from Arkansas State Police.
Elkins dropped the ball! The female got away.
From the transcipt.....

I think I know why he’s got that pound of weed in his car. Ya see “I’ve got a broken leg “ and he needs the weed for medicine to control the pain, yeah problem with that excuse is your “ broke leg “ didn’t seem to hinder your ability to drive like a crazy person. Maybe he was trying to get some Sympathy from the police officer. NOT A CHANCE, Not in ARKANSAS! Off to da kooler mit you!
We do things different 😂😂😂😂 i live in NC but if I seen an Arkansas state trooper behind me in NC and he put his lights on . Jurisdiction or not I’m pulling over 😂😂😂😂😂
Weak
GRAND THEFT AUTO 5 lol
Speaking derogatory to suspects shows a lack of professionalism. Its not different than cussing them out. Shows a lack of vocabulary. @DeleteLawz1984
