There is no use of adding so much colour because cream melts ... becomes some liquid form. Better option is add gel or powder colour ( few drops as per quantity of cream )in whipped cream . Refrigerate whole night and use next day. Cream consistency doesn't change, colour deepens & no bitter taste. I personally follow this for black and red colour.
You have good knowledge.....I have one question "are you sure when you use black, red, blue gel color in whip cream to make exact solid color tone, cream taste does not change?
@@lipshasingh4816 as per cream quantity.. as u add to normal icing... and need to refrigerate whole night. Even for more bright colour next day you can add few drops of colour in tspn milk and add to your refrigerated cream, mix it and ready to use. Note- It's imp to refrigerate whole night in fridge and if want to deepen colour even more add 1tspn milk next day.

For example, when making a design on a white chantilly base, it looks great at first, but as time passes, the black lines start spreading into the white background leaving a purpleish reddish line. Do you know why this might be happening? Thank you

I think I know what he was talking about even though I don't speak the language he was basically saying to invest in more professional then just the Wilton small colors that you can get in the store I buy mine at Walmart, I watch him every so often but since I don't understand the language and there's no interpretation in it's hard for me to watch him he is a Great Baker, I just wish you had an interpreter to say it in English and you would reach so many more people in😊 America

It really doesn't make any sense, zada dark coloured cream chie to zada Colour daalo, itna toh pata hi hai ... There was no trick in it... Moreover the cream melts and spoils the taste also

Try premix for cake sponge...
If you are making ur sponge from scratch the colour won't come out that good..
