Today I paid a visit to Diversey the chemical company and what a place it is.
As soon as I arrived one of the managers started on at me for videoing the plant, and as soon as I told them that the Dread Drone was going up, well they went into meltdown mode.

WOW that whole factory was toxic , fully of bullys demanding and over protective .I can only imagine they dont ask employees to do something but rather shout at them or threaten them with the firing squad.

One of the managers at the start seriously thinks you need permission to film people from public obviously doesn’t go into town or shops where CCTV is filming him all the time. I do not doubt that around the building are a few cameras as well filming hold while he was talking to you. You couldn’t make it up could you. Clowns are everywhere these days. Another good vid PJ, keep them up, always informative.
So when is cctv footage posted on You Tube to make money?
@@IHFM2024 it’s nothing to do with money per se, it’s about a camera. Money is a second issue as not all of them receive money for what they post. I’m not saying they all do get money but to some they do not receive any money at all.

The first bloke full of made up laws and I thought at one point that woman was going to stamp her feet and cry. On a serious note, apart from the threats of violence and encouraging others to be violent towards you, this was a prime example of giving everyone a piss poor image of your company. The directors of Diversey should use this video to train staff in public relations. Shameful company representatives.

The criminal damage on private land guy was hilarious. He was probably the most clueless person I've ever seen in one of these videos.
Trespass and criminal damage are clearly VERY different.
I just can't get my head round what they object too, the sites are always on Google Maps, sure drone footage isn't exactly the same but near enough.
Logic and reasoning is not his strong point. He’d be the first to call the police if you walked onto their site and started smashing their vehicles.

Thing is though if hed damaged the drone it wasnt on private land it was in civil aviation airspace. So he was even more wrong than that
The Freeholder of the property does own the first 500ft of Airspace above his land and in some cases up to 1000ft and can have you trespassed The Black Belt Barrister did a VLOG on this Scotland is slightly different also since you get paid by RUclips you could be classed as a business and could be prosecuted under UK-GDPR as you are videoing I would not blindly carry on without checking first or you could be liable for prosecution.

Just took a google earth tour of this place, took a screenshot from were you were standing Peter and had a good fly around and nobody tried to intimidate or interfere with me. I guess there is nobody on that sight that can operate a computer. Dove is one of their products that I use, now I will find an alternative to purchase. Will keep researching their product range to see what else I have to change.

By the look of that roof discolouring, I wonder if there has been any emissions of chemicals. Environmental Health certainly wouldn't be doing aerial checks like this.
Uncontrolled release of any halide into the environment is a serious hazard. Although iodine is generally not as dangerous as fluorine, chlorine (gases) and bromine (volatile) in order to get onto the roof like that it must have been in a gaseous state. That's probably why they don't want the drone flying over.
All those empty roofs covered in Solar panels would make a massive difference wouldn't it 😉

A few people per month take pictures of my house. Its a nice house. It used to be a pub. It was built in the early 1700's.
They stay in the street and take pics. Its fine. Sometimes I go out and have a natter, especially if they have a good camera.

Some of those manager types always have depressing life stories. I remember working at a factory a few years ago and the misery permeated the entire workforce. So glad I got sacked as that well and truly burnt the bridge.

This is interesting and fun to watch. Too many videos seem to have the intention of antagonising police and property owners etc but PJ is a mild mannered fellow and has knowledge to share and it makes for an engaging channel.
