Super stoked you guys brought these to market. I have a TON of respect for what you've done to create a sense of community within the esk8 scene by starting esk8 con. As well as what you guys are doing with collaborating with various deck builders and other smaller outfits within the esk8 scene helping them reach a bigger market and improving what you are able to offer your customers. I've enjoyed your podcast, kinda wish you'd reach out and get some mire exciting guests though (like moe talking about tge 3 links trucks - the gussied dude that set that speed record - your podcast could really hit higher heights if you were mire aggressive about getting guests on - even that aussue dude building that travk board - it'd be crazy great content. Look forward to having these tires on my shitty evolve gtr - and I hope to be able to afford one if your boards sometime in the future (though honestly ove got a huge hard-on fir acedeck boards) Appreciate you guys though for real. Keep it up. Your a steady influence fir the direction electric skateboarding goes... and that's a good thing.
Love that you guys made a flat profile 7in tire. Gonna test these on my 18s diy. I killed the last set of tires i got in ~250 miles so we’ll see how these perform.
Just ordered a set of the 7 inch Novas. They are going on my 2020 Lacroix Nazare. I know these are going to look and perform great. I’m expecting to lose a little bit of range going to a flat profile but it will be well worth it.
I really love my 7” nova tires on my acedeck nomad N3. I didn’t even try the stock ones. I bought the 6” tires recently. What’s the difference between both sizes? I figured it would give me more range but does it hold any more pros or cons?
Id admit. The sunmates that came with my endurance were unbalanced out the box. Then i went for meepo 165s and they were balanced out the gate. But since im feasting for thicc contact tires. Im buying the linn power 165x72s at the end of the month. No not the slicks cuz my roads are ass
@@nevariden im was riding the 150mm and around 35 psi for maximum rolling. Suggest keeping that tire pressure above 30psi or youll notice a a little amount of rolling resistance due to the flat 50mm wide real rubber contact patch.
@@SinCityEsk8 AWSOME. I love you real world “average joe” perspective. Never too flashy with just the right amount of attention to “When it’s time to get up and go’ness.” If you know what I mean. Like how everyone sounds good singing in the shower but not in real life. You do both. Real world riding and fast as fuq on the track.
You Keep talking about the amazing grip that your tires provide, but we have ways to test that. why don’t you show us a comparison of the coefficient friction for the different tires in the industry and show that there are better than… say for example Hoyt
The entire industry had been (and many still do) stock sun mates because it was all that was available. That’s why we launched our Nova line. We were finally fed up with the sun mates and decided to fix it. You cool with that?
****WHITEWALL NOVA'S**** (HEY GUYS - i'm aware its a big ask... and its early yet, with likely only the second production run in planning stages (as if i have any idea if you've outsourced, how many the 1st run was.. and the terms of the agreement with whomever is doing the manufacturing for you {{i need to be watching the damn podcast for tidbits like that}}} - all of that said - The Evolve introduction of the whitewalls tires KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! They're impossible to find anymore - and are so effing dope looking it's not even funny. With Nova tires solid sidewall - a whitewall version of these IS A NO BRAINER! I'D BUY A SET OF EACH IN WHITEWALLS IF YA BROUGHT 'EM OUT!!! (prolly multiples actually) Although honestly, i plan to buy a set of each (both 6" & 7") as they are right now. PLEASE PLEASE HAVE WHITEWALL VERSIONS IN AN ABSOLUTELY DEFINITE PART OF YOUR PLAN FOR FUTURE MANUFACTURIBG RUNS. (i feel like the colored tires - solid red, blue, or yellow are kinda hit or miss... maybe an all white one... but I'd definitely be tentative and do a (VERY) limited run if thats something you're considering experimenting with.... but I'd %100% give the initial whitewall run the no holds barred, full gusto, in a non-limited initial run. They'll sell like hotcakes! Im anxious to see how these compare to the BKB V2 tire.. (and the meepo offerings as well... hard to believevthere are suddenly 3 legitimately decent tire options tailored for esk8 specifically. FINALLY. Tubeless possibility with these with a custom rim by chance (another future consideration)
Please make a 8-inch version as well 🤞
That’s the plan!

A few mates and I here in Cape Town South Africa have ours on order!!!!!! Very Stoked to put them through their paces!!! 🤠😎🤘
*Yewwwh!*
⚡️🤙🏽🤙🏽⚡️
These are gonna sell like Hot Cakes.
Love videos like this where design choices are broken down and explained 🤙🏽
Exactly bro. These got me ready to go to pneumatic tires.
Hear it from someone that’s not trying to sell you tires 😂 can’t wait to purchase the interstellar and these tires!
I love the MBoards transparency. You really know that their stuff is made by riders for riders.
😆 gotta be honest!

Wonder if the flat profile will help with speed wobbles?

What size pulley n belt size i need to make this work for my 2.0?
Dude I hoping never to put ATs on the Interstellar maybe I’ll start loving ATs
I love these tires
What tire pressure are you running at.
And what’s the maximum tire pressure these are rated for.

Do they have a wear marker showing when the recommended replacement level is
Can i ride this tires on a acedeck z3?
Love the flat profile
These are going to be my next purchase.
200x75 or really any 8" option any time soon?
200*50mm option coming soonish
Any idea how many miles can we expect to get out a set. I know riding styles and weight will greatly effect those numbers
Im 500 miles in, no flat tubes yet. And only lost about 1 mm of rubber. BUUUT the tire is 7mm thick!!!! Probaly close to or over 1000 miles
I’m a huge fan of the way you ride. It’s similar to mine. Carving a lot. How much do you weigh
@@SinCityEsk8 how does the grip compare to a the grip of mad wheels V2.
@@nevariden oh geeees im not sure, maybe around 170ish. Ill have my review up in a couple hours

Can they be tubeless
Future versions will allow for tubeless

Absolutely we could do that. For now, ask the community. So far we’ve had raving reviews.
Dude openly admitted they've been carrying notoriously cheap tires for years for their valued customers
