It's always like this, at least from my experience. Every seat was full though, I thought that maybe me and my friends could sneak and go closer to the stage like we did in KCONNY2018. The only area that seems less full is the Standing GA. Something tells me they limit the GA also, maybe to avoid people overcrowding in front, cuz logically speaking people would want to be as close as possible from the stage, so it's gonna be overcrowded from the sides. It was exactly like this for KCON NY both days, except the seats weren't full at all in KCONNY2018. GA standing was around 290-350$ (CAD), people who bought it more than that had soundcheck our VIP package or just bought overpriced tickets.
You weren't allowed actual cameras, only phones! (You weren't even allowed small backpacks into the concert), you are screaming and cheering at the top of ur lungs as well, it's super hard to get a really good shot :(, you have to experience it live to understand though, I understand ur frustration, before seeing them live (I was at this concert, if you hear the fanchant, it's me lolol) i was upset about there being bad quality vids, if you want better, watch the pit recordings!
I was there, and where he was sitting was in the far back, plus the venues rules were no professional cameras, even when I was sitting in the centre at the bottom, the zoom is not very good, but you can clearly see them in person. It's probably better for you to check out a fancam (check out theultimatedodo if that helps...)

Youre only allowed to use cellphone camera :) plus our seats are really at the top. Thats the maximum zoom i can make for my phone 😂
1000s of videos with their close-ups on stage:-) I love the crowd view better---- because it's more real to see this angle sometimes:-)
