Loves these healthy alternatives to the best treats, makes sticking to a good diet so much easier than the method of restricting yourself from the foods you love
Just made these and loved them! I used a cinnamon toast protein powder and added a bit of sweetener to match my taste. These go great with my morning coffee!
Thumbs up for the recipe, it took 22 minutes in my oven, but that's not a big deal. I also think I'm going to try it with cranberries, and try with raisins. Thinking my calorie deficit has made things like chocolate to sweet for me. For almost 10 months I've gone from a 2400 to 1200 calorie deficit. In a couple of days I'll be 1000 calorie deficit, and wanted to start baking these for that deficit. Thanks for the recipe. 👍
Ive used protine powder like twice and am traumatized from one bad experience 😂. I went ahead and tried it though with some peanut butter and honey to tone the powder down a bit and they were good!
These look good. Was thinking about using just regular oats instead of instant. Might make the consistency more hard to roll no? Good idea or not? Thanks for the recipe 🤙🏻
Could you use Greek yoghurt instead of one of the bananas if you want to make it taste less like banana? This was delicious but just want to see what else is possible
After putting my ingredients into a calculator i got 78 calories a cookie (with the different protein powder i used) and 3.5 grams of protein per cookie, what macros did you end up with??? Cheers!! :)

Glad you liked it! Whatever you can do to add more volume to the recipe. Congrats on your consistency!

do you need to use whey? can you used plant based protein?
I'm sure you can but it wont taste as good
i cannot get to that consistency, did you put water? my mix is very dry
No just keep mashing
What is the shelf life of these cookies ?
4 to 5 days but they never last that long!
After putting my ingredients into a calculator i got 78 calories a cookie (with the different protein powder i used) and 3.5 grams of protein per cookie, what macros did you end up with??? Cheers!! :)
I ended up with around 88 calories per cookie, Fat 2g, Carbs 13g, and Protein 6g. You can add more protein powder to the mix. Cheers!!
@@JimTheMealPrepNinja they taste amazing! I will have to add more powder! Thanks buddy
Can you use any type of protein? Like let’s say Muscle Milk!🤔
Yes you can, it might change the consistency a little but give it a try!
I trier it but I don't recommend 1.5 cup of oatmeal, only 1 cup.. it s difficult to roll it after
Love the easy receipe! If we don''t access to an oven can we just use a microwave?
Leeroy jenkins yes you can.maybe just lesser time.
Just be careful what playe you use
did you forget the baking powder ?
I think baking powder is only used for things to rise and expand like cakes, cookies don't need to get bigger
