  • Pain is not typically a desirable sensation, especially when it becomes chronic. The resistance and upset can make the experience worse. Pain is a message from your body and if you ignore that message, it will continue to get louder and stronger. By simply focusing on, observing, and accepting the sensations as they are, this practice can be transforming and releasing. This meditation will help you focus your mind and energy on your experience with acceptance to provide physical and mental relaxation and pain relief.
    While this meditation practice is not a substitute for medical treatment if needed, it can help to ease your suffering and experience a relaxed state.

    I really appreciate your meditations. It would be so helpful if the music extended after you finish speaking as there isn’t enough time to slowly come back and unplug before the unpleasant intrusion of an advertisement.

    "You can feel the sensations of your body and they don't have to define or control you" thank you so much for this, i needed to hear it. I have Lupus and my symptoms can be debilitating at times. I have a hard time not being angry at my own body or feeling like it is letting me down. I'm slowly learning how to accept myself even when I'm not physically healthy, the pain is not a choice but the suffering is.

    Woke up with shoulder pain from an old injury that is quite a challenge to live with. This meditation helped!! I was able to let go and breathe into it and by the time it was over, I am literally pain free ❤️🙏🏻😇 Thank you for the guidance!

    For years, I have had chronic discomfort in my shoulders, which causes occasional pain because I work a physically demanding job. Whenever I’m starting to feel that pain, I listen to this video and it really helps ease it back and help me relax. Thank you for this video 🙏

    As of recent, my hips have been in near constant pain, and my back muscles have been randomly spasming. So today, I decided to soak in a extra healing epsom salt bath. There's enough salt that the water is holding my weight and allowing me to float freely. Pair that with this meditation, and I could feel as my muscles relaxed, burned in pain, and then slowly released that pain. I don't think my muscles have ever been this relaxed. Thank you.

      I had that too. You may want to get checked for Lyme. It can be from any biting insect. No rash has to be there. I had it for my entire life and only recently was having headaches because I have Babesia (like malaria), and my son had it after mold toxicity, which I also had.
      It takes forever to go into remission, but my muscles were acting strange. I had no clue about Lyme and it’s co-infections before!). Almost everyone has it but the immune system keeps it in check and you may feel like you had the flu or a cold, and it goes away, but the poison stays in your body lying dormant.
      Just check it out. 🩷

    Love this meditation I found this a few days ago I wasn’t sure how I would go I am amazed how I feel after listening to your meditation. Now I listen to it daily. Wish it go a bit longer though…and love the music 🌸💕

    Thanks for uploading it as the pain I have in my back, ribs and sternum at times is so horrible that I want to cry… I broke nine bones and they’re all in different states of repair. I’m tackling it with everything I can, so now I’m going to try from within…🙏❤️

    I've done every single one of your meditations now and I must say that besides two there that this one effected me exactly as you taught or gifted it to us. I was in every moment as you said and to the very end thought was falling asleep until your words spoke me out of it. I think this must mean I for the very first time successfully was in tune with my self ....what a beautiful profound experience....Thank you Sara ...I've been with you since last summer. Trying find peace,healing and something to help with physical suffering due to chronic illness,MS,high blood pressure etc. Today I found myself ...as said it's profound,almost euphoric and thank you for getting me there with your gift of meditation....xx, Dana 🌹

    I’m not even halfway through this, but it’s perfect right now. It’s beautiful and the music is perfect! I encourage anyone who needs relaxation to listen.
    I’ll go back and listen again, but I wanted to tell you that you’ve helped me more than I can tell you, after I discovered you about 7 years ago, or so, throughout my 21 years of overlapping chronic illnesses and trauma.
    I have it bad now from abuse, infections, abnormal bloodwork and a rare live form of Babesia (a Lyme coinfection). Thank you so much for your positivity, support, and help❣️

    Dear Sarah, Thank you for your incredible meditations. I refer to them all the time and use the sleep meditations daily. They are so very helpful. I'm wondering if you are able to make a meditation for grief. I have lost two sisters in 8 months and am struggling my way through the grieving process. Thank you again for your help and support.

      Very sorry to hear of your great loss. In my experience, at 18 months, time helps you remember loved ones without quite so much pain, but at this stage that's probably not helpful.🌈

    anyone else having difficulty focusing during meditation these days? i find i can relax my body but not mind. oddly still feeling tension in the top half of my face..i always meditate lying down, so it isnt positioning...any ideas/ suggestions welcome!

    How can I learn to sense the pain of my body and not be controlled by it. I don’t understand this concept. I am in my body and I am in pain, how can I not be controlled by it?
