I have my 2023 Forte for 7 months now and I'm really enjoying it. As stated in this video great gas mileage and a pleasure to drive. At 69 years old it took me a while learning all the technology and safety features but I've got it all down pat now. Enough power for my wife and I. Never in any hurry no matter where we're going. My one wish would be a push start. Getting used to using a key again is rough. Great car though!
I got this in Fire Orange. Mine came with the extra technology package which gives me more features like blind spot warning and makes me love it even more.
@@mariavictoriarh I've had mine for about 6 months. Overall I like it. A lot of "bang for your buck" as far as features go. The automatic braking has already saved my ass once from some idiot that couldn't wait while I was backing out of a parking space in a shopping center. My complaints so far would be that the steering is a bit slow to respond / has a bit of "play" leading me to understeering on turns sometimes and when it rains the backup camera quickly becomes useless due to water droplets. Personally, I find I am also a bit too tall or have too long of legs (6'3") and I wish the seat was about 2-3 inches further back. That's really the reason I think I plan to sell it in another 2-4 years since sometimes longer drives can get a little uncomfortable for me. I would've bought a Soul instead for that reason if it personally didn't look so goofy to me. Oh and no spare tire. Buying a spare tire was the first thing I did.
I'd say go for it. This car suits someone older and someone younger. Mine is Royal Blue and I get compliments on it quite often. Good gas mileage, drives well and enough kick to it to be considered fun to drive (at least for me!) Good luck!
Just bought one. I feel like there’s a delay on the screen when I reserve to when I put it in drive. Once it’s in a drive I still see the back up camera. Is this normal?
its so you can still see behind you for a short time. In case they're is something back there that u should see like u forgot the kids, a car jacker is chasing U, or some idiot is about to rear end your new ride.
I agree! I got my Forte in April 23 and as I learned about the features and was shocked at how loud the horn is when locking the car with the FOB. Mine locks silently with one press. The horn sounds with a double press. I only double press when in a parking lot.
To be honest I have a 2019 same trim. And offer more than 2023. Same engine, same technology. However a/c controls are like gt line version, dlr lights, premium and high end details missing in 2023 version. You can get 2019-2021 for 14k and 2023 starting at 23k almost 50% more for 0 innovation
@@naturescleansolutionswell youd have to buy used probably! With probably 50k or more miles, so no... Actually dont take this guy's advise and dont get a 2019 version lol... Your gonna go through all that just for dual climate control and some styling which may or may not be to your liking? Nah!

I got this in steel gray. My lxs has the blind spot warning.
yours must have the extra technology package which includes blind spot warning and a few other features the basic Forte lxs doesn't have.

You can purchase a spare tire 🛞 kit online $350.. Lots of car sold today don’t come with spares
