@@notrealnamenotatall2476 No problem. Being a web programmer, I'm trained to look at small details, as one character out of place, even as simple as an extra blank space, means the difference between code working or producing an error. Small details like that just jump out at me because of that. Made an interesting chapter in my FNAF fanfic, and a fun way to present my theory on what happened to Glam Bonnie.
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 you are aware that the messages in the game already state that Monty destroyed Bonnie, and that Vanessa took the remaining working parts somewhere but it's not specified where.
Imagine if Ruin releases and it turns out they just shipped Bonnie out for repairs and he finally arrived back in the mail. Seeing Bonnie's reaction to the aftermath of everything would be a fun idea, actually...
Another thing to support the secretly sinister side to Bonnie would be this: He's almost *always* the most aggressive animatronic in the previous games. ESPECIALLY the first one. That, and he's the one that scared Scott the most when developing him for the first game. I wouldn't be surprised if Scott fed into that terrifying delusion of him and made him even more subtly scary.
I’m hoping Bonnie makes an appearance in the ruin dlc. The dream scenario would be that we’d meet him at the beginning of the game, he’s nice and friendly, we help repair him a bit. And he becomes our guardian for the game like Freddy was to Gregory. But I think that’s just oddly specific wishful thinking
Another dream scenario is that the plot would semi revolve around him. It’d be what I mentioned in the comment. But Gregory is sealed in a room. And we have to find parts for Bonnie. And get him in a state of repair when he is strong enough to bust down the door.
I actually really like this idea. Bonnie and Freddy seem extremely close, and most likely Freddy is not gonna be able to help us if Gregory got captured or whatever after the Afton ending (I’m assuming that’s the ending Ruin is following) and so having his long lost buddy helping you take down the evil bunny (hopefully for good) would be a really nice story.
I'm also hoping for this. If my suspicion is true and Ruin is actually a prequel and not the sequel everyone's assuming it to be, it likely would take place before Bonnie went missing, in which case, he'd likely be there. Maybe we'll even get more clues to the Bonnie mystery?
A side note about Monty that I was thinking about since your last video is that he seems to represent the rock star trait of being a super down to earth and cool person in their public image while being a complete rageaholic diva off stage. If Monty was a person he would lose it if there was no sparkling water in his green room
i know that bonnie had a glamrock form but i really like the thought of him having a dad bod with a bowling shirt. it'd be nice to see him return in a chillax fatherly kinda vibe, a welcoming and comforting figure to contrast the bright and flamboyant aura of the rest of the pizza plex. i know ruin is about the destroyed aftermath, but a little part of me wants to see bonnie be a full on father figure lmao
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 well I like it better a glamrock version of Bonnie better in my opinion it looks ok for him in bowling shirt but glamrock form is way better
"She's covered in plot armor so thick that the scooper itself would bend in on itself." Now that's impressive. And pretty accurate, though it's at least I guess sort of explained plot armor since the idea that someone is keeping her in her position is directly stated. Bonnie's definitely something I'd like to see the original notes on during development for the game. A director's cut of SB, the ideal we wanted had it been developed and finished, would be so interesting to find all these things in. I'm pretty sure Steelwool would get more recognition for actually admitting the mistake and going back to fix it than for leaving it as-is, but that doesn't seem to be the case, unfortunately.
I always imagined Glamrock Bonnie to be the 'Good friend' of the group, not the most prominent bandmate, but the one everyone could agree on liking. with him being the kind of person who shows interest in what you're saying and giving his honest opinion. He wouldn't be afraid to tell you what you needed to hear, if you were sad he would give you words of reassurance rather than saying kind things, if you were angry about something he'd tell you to "Do something else and cool off" and if you were being an asshole he'd call you out on it. It would finish the circle of architypes the glamrocks have: Freddy the kind and humble leader, Chica the easily excitable and distractable, Roxanne the sarcastic diva who cares deep down, and Bonnie the best kind of friend to have. But real talk, the actual reason Bonnie spent an hour in the arcade was because HE WAS SETTING THE NEW HIGHSCORE IN ZOM-BONNIE! YEAH, PINBALL LETS GO! BEST ARCADE GAME DONT EVEN FIGHT ME! PINBALL BABY! BONNIE KNOWS WHAT'S UP, HE GETS IT! PINBALL FOR THE WIN! YEAH! This is 100% real, Steelwool told me fr fr no cap on god trust.
Honestly I feel the pinball thing, one time a single game of pinball that I was playing lasted nearly 30 minutes because I kept getting more balls. It is reasonable someone could spend an hour playing on one of those 😊
I have a sort of headcanon building that Bonnie and Monty were pretty good friends. The fact that Bonnie is characterized as the chillest anomatronic, but also aggressive, he'd be the only one who understood Monty's temper and maybe even helped him blow off some steam when he needed it. If it was Monty that broke Bonnie, one of those instances would be the perfect opportunity for the virus to take hold and make the gator go feral. As a result he wears Bonnie's shades as a personal reminder of his guilt, all the while his temper got even worse with no one to let loose with. This is definitely more HC than theory though, since the only one of the animatronics we have any solid evidence on for relationship dynamics is Freddy
I never fully played any FNAF game, the books never caught my attention but I have to say your channel made my interest in the franchise grow more than anyone or anything did before, thank you for making this amazing content
Consider: the fact that mention is made of Bonnie being entirely out of commission, and of him assumedly mangled beyond repair, could be both why he is being used to recreate Afton *and* why Afton doesn't look like his endo is accurate. If Bonnie got trashed so badly that they aren't even going to try and repair him, instead moving on to their (former) B-lister Monty, then you have to assume the endo was damaged beyond the ability to function. This would allow Bonnie's endo to get lost and forgotten, thus leaving it open to be used by Afton. But, by that same fact of being damaged enough to be forgotten, it's also too damaged to be used, forcing Afton/Vanny/The Plot to reassemble a working endo out of spare parts taken from whatever available sources they can get away with, resulting in Afton being remade with pieces taken from endos of different body types and abilities.
@@Staurcomb Well, two possibilities come to my mind. #1: inventory. The company is going to know how many spares they have, and is going to notice if one of them just up and vanishes, but nobody really takes the effort to count up the junked parts and bits. #2: rabbit. Afton wanted those bunny ears built into his new body. After all, we already know that he expects his followers to do what he says and to bring him what he wants, and who's to say he doesn't want to keep his mascot theming? It'd be petty and stupid, but... well, it's Security Breach, that's not exactly out of scope here.
I personally think it's not the Endo, but rather the "AI module" that got trashed. I'm pretty sure they can replace the endos as many times as they want, but if the AI module gets broken, lost or malfunctions in one way or another they'd have to replace the animatronic completely
@@Staurcomb another possibility building off of this: the AI operates on two layers, the endo is a foundation layer, it's the behaviors they expect all animatronics to have, the second layer is the personality, and that's built into the costume, if the costume was damaged to a point the AI stopped working, and the endo to a point it's cheaper to replace than repair...well...it's free realestate for a viral ghost
For those who have not been to a bowling alley: whenever you get a strike or certain other scores in bowling, there will typically be a screen that displays a little animation about the pins getting hurt or tortured in a cartoony way based on the score, certain ones will play if you get a strike or a spare, or a turkey.
A thought that gives me chills is that Monty took Bonnies shades as a trophy of sorts, y'know, something to commemorate both his hunt and progress towards becoming the top. If that were true, that'd be- telling.
A sweeter thought- he wears them out of guilt, as a way to keep his friend alive. Bonnie is a chill, friendly guy in depictions of him, so it's hard to think he wouldn't have been friendly with Monty.
The endo issue was explained in one of the Tales from the Pizzaplex books. They’re called mimics, and they’re designed to fit into any animatronic suit they can find.
If Burntrap is confirmed to be a Mimic, then it is excusable that it was never mentioned in the games anywhere. Especially since the Mimic is an epilogue-featured character. Not only does that require multiple books, but we remember the circumstances with the Stitchwraith and the Afton Amalgam.
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 I ALWAYS thought that Burntrap's Endo was the original springlock suit Afton nearly died in. Wasn't the suit fused to his body?
@@Dzpvfk my best guess is that bonnie's remains were used to repair spots where the springlock suit broke down to the point of inhibiting movement, with the fleshy bits drooping down on to them as he continued to decay (to explain why new parts would have the same 'veins' as the original parts).i think the more the willy's corpse breaks down, the more the suit hes fused to can fall off his remains
I think the Glamrock animatronics are behaving in a very mature and adult way (being possesed by the adult residents who have been disappearing) and the remnant is causing their personal issues (such as ambition, self-esteem, gluttony or guilt) to be maximized. Like Baby, who went from being a spoiled child to being willing to kill to please her father. I always wondered why a girl of maybe 8 or 10 years old would turn into someone as evil as Circus Baby.
It makes a lot of sense when you consider the trauma Elizabeth and Baby both endured. Homelife with William wasn't great- that alone can lead to severe issues later in life- and then she was murdered and trapped in a body that was routinely shocked and used to perform birthdays (and possibly more murders). In her case, there doesn't have to be an outside factor. It is the eventual that would come from what she's been through.
Glamrock Freddy in particular is possessed by William Afton. Vanessa's and GGY's therapy cds match up every well with his obsessiveness and attachment to his kids. Fnaf4 especially displays this side of him.
Elizabeth Afton also does happen to be the daughter of a psychotic killer, it may have been her death at the hands of Circus Baby that tipped her over the edge, as Crying Child's death set William over.
Monty had to be involved. I think Monty has Bonnie’s legs. I think in the incident that Monty killed Bonnie, Bonnie’s upper half was completely wrecked as was Monty’s lower. We know Monty has been broken like that before. It would explain why Monty can jump so well and has purple feet and alligator pants despite himself being an alligator. Nobody else has such a simplistic colour scheme, really.
I really hope they elaborate more on this in Ruin, it's such an intriguing mystery. Thank you for such a concise summary! I had no idea the bowling game screens even existed until you brought them up, and it adds a whole other layer of depth to this that I didn't even know existed
They are super interesting. Fnaf's always had a history of hiding context and secrets in their minigames- in fact, in the early games, most of the story was delivered through those minigames. And after Monty's minigame showed that detail of Freddy in the dumpster, it makes me wonder what else these minigames could've held. ...Though Bonnie's sinister nature caught me by surprise. XD
I think this is one of the elements I like most about the game. It makes you think but it's not incredibly obtuse like past game stories. It has enough room for questions and large speculation yet gives enough information to form a general picture. Like, we assume it was a tragedy, but as you've established, Bonnie may have been evil or used for evil purposes, thus connecting to his disappearance. I wonder, how will they expand on this story in Ruin?
Honestly, I could see Burntrap’s thinner design having had been a Glamrock Bonnie thing. We never see Glamrock Bonnie, but we do know that Bonnie has been depicted as thinner than Freddy in the past, the Toys immediately come to mind, so maybe Glamrock Bonnie didn’t have the buffer body style of Freddy and the spare endos. This would mean that initially, there were three Glamrock models, one for Freddy, one for Bonnie, and one for Chica, and the rest of the glamrocks reused those models, Roxanne using Chica’s, and Monty and Mr. Hippo reusing Freddy’s. It’s just no one else has Bonnie’s model.
MINOR EVIDENCE (?) TO THIS WHEN FREDDY WAS IN AN EXISTENTIAL CRISIS IN THE ENDO PLAYROOM HE SAYS ‘AM I MONTY WITH A DIFFERENT SHELL?’ INSTEAD OF USING BONNIE AS AN EXAMPLE ((its grasping at straws here but this is the closest I got))
@@SSMp315 freddie also has band-beef with monty too and def doesnt like him bc of personal value differences- like he is realizing inside they are all the same and monty who he wanted to believe was truly different from him could literally be him ( and vise versa) if the shells/programming was reversed
I've never played a single FNAF game or read the books or anything, but for some reason I just really love your videos. It's clear that so much passion and hard work goes into these videos, and I love getting to watch someone talk about something that they love, something they're super knowledgeable about and that's really important to them. The FNAF fanbase is almost entirely responsible for keeping the franchise alive, and very few creators are able to bring somebody else into the fandom, and you do it in a seemingly effortless way. Thank you for your videos, they are my gateway into FNAF stuff lol
You kinda sound like Velma from the live action Scooby Doo movies, and now I can't stop imagining Velma trying to solve the mystery of Bonnie's disappearance as I'm watching, it's awesome
13:25 yknow, it’s also possible that glamrock Bonnie was just built on the more slender “female” endoskeleton. The Bonnie bowl art has pretty narrow and sloped shoulders, even compared to the stylized art of Monty and Freddy. And it wouldn’t be the first time that Bonnie has been portrayed as more feminine/androgynous, just look at toy Bonnie. The glamrocks give me big toy animatronic vibes already, I wouldn’t say it’s off the table.
Possibility 5B: Bonnie was just simping for Vanny. The Bunny costume may have been just to lead him along, with him working with her until she no longer needed him then just led him into the Himbo cave(or "Monty Golf"). She then used what was left of him for rebuilding Burntrap(filling in the many gaps with female endo parts to troll him).
Had it not been for time constraints and overall rushed development our purple Bunny really could’ve gotten some much needed involvement in the story, since he’s been so overshadowed in the lore since arguably fnaf 3, what with Springtrap’s introduction. It’s weird, how one rabbit was forgotten about to make room for another one, when the two were never competing with each other in the first place, being different enough that they should’ve received similar amounts of attention. It’s sad that Bonnie’s fate hasn’t been expanded upon, and I’m not too confident Ruin will elaborate on it either, but I can still appreciate a mystery, albeit an incomplete one full of last minute changes. Thanks for the informative video! The research and dedication put into it was great^^! Have an awesome day 👍😊!
The only other option I could see is that Bonnie discovered something and went into hiding somehow, possibly even going so far as to get Monty's help in "faking" an attack? I know that's pretty out there, but it's an idea I've had floating about my head for a while. It could even be used to turn him into a helpful animatronic to the new girl in Ruin like Freddy was in the core of Security Breach. I kinda doubt it, but it's a long shot worth considering.
Very intriguing video. There are a lot of weird details about the whole Bonnie mystery, but you mentioning Afton’s Endoskeleton being too small to be a male one is intriguing. Who knows? Maybe Vanny was using spare parts from staff bots or female endskeletons? Grasping at straws, but if we are to not take the “the devs wanted to make him frail” excuse, the details are vastly intriguing. New headcanon is that Vanny has a bias for herself as a female serial killer and made Afton somewhat in her own image.
I haven’t watched the full vid yet, but I hope that glamrock bonnie is the one who is helping us, like glam rock Freddy gets the virus. Maybe bonnie could have been in the back and was okay enough to move, but was never repaired due to the fact that the place burned down.
I really like this essay format. Reminds me of the classic lore analysis videos from years back tearing apart teasers and little details in the games. Just wondering your opinion on something. Do the deaths of Fazbear Employees over the years have any lingering affect on any part of the games? It's implied several times that Fazbear Employees have died and the in universe laws seem to imply that their deaths should have some effect right? Adjacent to this is phone guy. He was stuffed right? That means he should have some lingering presence.
I would say yes, but as of right now we don't know of any employees who possessed animatronics. So far, it seems to only be children, so... maybe? It's hard to tell and there's no current confirmation. Though if they did eventually have an animatronic be a former employee or hint as such, I wouldn't be surprised. Also, thank you! ^_^
One idea that I saw was that Tiger Rock will parallel what happened to Bonnie. It will show us what happened and how it happened, either confirming or denying the theories, but will use alternate characters as stand-ins. A sort of retelling of the same events with a different coat of paint.
12:15 I think that even though burntrap's endo doesn't match with the male glamrock endo, it could still be possible that he was rebuilt with bonnie's. The glamrock endos have broad shoulders, but that's because of the torso wich is pretty large, not because of the arms themselves, and when you look at burntrap's endo it's limbs are those of a glamrock endo, but the torso is a springlock one, so this could mean that his endo wasn't completely replaced, but it was fixed using bonnie.
You know what the worst thing about Security Breach is? Not the bugs not the story but what we never got to see we all know that Security Breach had a chance of redemption like Eclipse or any thing with The Blob which ain’t even it’s official name which could be a theory and even Burntrap and Vanny we never got to see the full potential and i wish that somehow in Ruin will fix up some stuff like with Eclipse’s existence and not being just a fan character and Blob and even Burntrap hopefully these could be reimplemented in some sort of fan story
My initial thought was that Burntrap was made of different generations of endos. Mostly a Glamrock endo, but with parts from the Toys, the originals, and certainly parts from his old spring lock endo, since the suit looks more like Springtrap than Scraptrap.
After watching your two previous videos I’m not actually that mad that Bonnie isn’t apart of the main band anymore. You give such good details and theories that I like glam rock Monty now! I never knew that could happen but you did it!!!
Your videos got recommended to me and it's brought me back into another fnaf phase. Your theories make the most sense out of every theory video I've seen out there rn. Love your videos!!
Amazing that because the lore is so dense and convoluted, the only thing we really know that is consistent through everything: William's fursona is a rabbit.
Personally, on the whole Monty-Bonnie thing, I wanna throw in my 2 cents Monty: Most of the decals in the Pizzaplex already show the other sides of the Glamrocks. Chica eats a ton of food, Roxy is always posed pridefully, but not for Monty. You mentioned he was always portrayed as laid back, and I think that was probably his original programming. As to why that changed, you could cite the whole caged animal part, someone mentioned how the company is thrusting him into the spotlight, and also… maybe if he didn’t take out Bonnie, the replacement was unexpected. Not only was his environment changed, but his physical body as well. If I woke up one day with muscly arms, I probably would be pretty upset. Likely threw off his golf game. Bonnie: We really don’t know much about him, except that he existed. He and Monty could’ve gotten along well, or Monty could’ve been living his best life on the golf course without a care for the other animatronics, similar to how the Daycare Attendant is quite contained. So, Bonnie walking in to Monty Golf could’ve been something normal if they were friends, or something verrry concerning if they didn’t really know each other. I don’t wanna think that any of the glamrocks are evil by nature, but I can see how Vanny could easily control them, either by hacking or just putting a worm in their ear. My best guess is Vanny did it somehow, that it wasn’t willing. Anyway yeah my two cents. Went a little bit on a ramble but I really think this part of the story is overlooked
I have followed your channel since the dsaf videos a year ago and I wanna tell you that these fnaf videos are one of the best stuff fnaf-related I ever seen and also some of the last things that keeps me in this Fandom (with the undeniably Canon timeline) so thank you so much for doing these :D
19:35 let's hope that they add stuff like chicas feeding frenzy, the character gallery, the survival mode or maybe even the scrapped shattered Freddy section back:D
Things that bug me about this case: No one ever brings up the official Security Breach guide book's ( I know, I know, "BOO OFFICIAL BOOKS BAD!" ) point about Burntrap being designated as a "Withered Spring Bonnie." (I'm sure it's easy enough to dismiss but still raises a eyebrow.) And the bit about Monty, Glam Rock Bonnie and Burntrap having the same claws, No one considers the idea that a multimillion(?) dollar company wouldn't just have spare parts for repairs? I mean it seems silly that a money conscious company wouldn't have spare parts for their main attractions. I have not read the books myself so I openly admit I'm not knowledgeable of media outside of the actual game, but felt like these points get overlooked. I hope sometime we get a real answer to GlamRock Bonnie (and GlamRock Foxy if he was ever built.) Because leaving it at "Was used to make Burntrap" is just really unsatisfying.
I haven't read the SB guide book myself, but I've heard from few friends that it wasn't as good as the logbook. It seems to have been better than the encyclopedia though.
17:28 Okay, I know this video was posted months ago but I just saw it, and I wanted to say that while I don't have direct evidence that Bonnie helped Vanessa, but I do have some evidence that he may have the sort of personality to help Vanessa. 1 thing that always bugged me about the Glamrocks is that Monty doesn't fit their pattern of ironic personality traits. Chica is presented as a fitness instructor, but also has an eating disorder that makes her binge-eat. Roxy presents herself as confident and cool, but behind the scene's she's deeply self-conscious. Freddy... well, he spends all his time in Safe Mode, so we can't really say what his regular personality might be like. Maybe he's like a cool rockstar everyone can look up to, but offstage he's dealing with a crippling addiction to charging stations (after all, we don't see any of the other animatronics needing to use charging stations, but Freddy needs to use them frequently). I dunno. But Monty? He's tough and aggressive, but when nobody's looking he's... tough and aggressive? It doesn't fit. So what if when Bonnie was in the band, he also had that sort of ironic personality? All his remaining artwork makes him look affable, friendly, and like someone a little old-fashioned but maybe fun to be around. But that would mean his opposite dark side could be cruel and apt to hurt people or pull cruel pranks? So yeah, not exactly proof, but potentially evidence that you might be onto something with that theory.
Given that this is the same game that has the world's most predictable twist (Vanessa being Vanny), I'm inclined to believe that the mystery of Bonnie's death is just as straightforward. Monty killing Bonnie feels way too obvious, but that's probably the case.
Something I keep on seeing people complain about when saying that Vanny built a new body for burn-trap is that it looks way too torn up, but if you look at the animatronics during the course of the game they progressively get more withered because they are being possessed by spring-trap so maybe since burn trap straight-up has spring-trap inside of him it sped up the weathering process or maybe he's been possessing this suit for a while. just a thought
I had a thought while I was watching your video. What if Monty IS Bonnie? They depicted Monty as being laid back and chilled out, but we see Monty with this fierce temper. Their eyes are strangely the same, and Monty does not take off the glasses that belonged to Bonnie. Vanessa does mention "slapping casing on a new endo." So what if the old Bonnie is now the new Monty and he's frustrated? There is also mention of why there are so many security barriers around the pizzaplex. Could it be because of Bonnie before Security breach, perhaps dangerous things happened that Vanessa covered up? We have seen in FNAF when several animatronics are combined. So either Bonnie's endo is now inside Monty's casing, or they were combined together in Parts and Service. Just a thought.
Man all this does us just make me wish for a reality where sb wasn't rushed. Like all the lore details there and ones we've gotten since are tantalizing and neat (and sure some to be just responses to things people didn't like...looking at you recent twist about afton in the books) but still it sucks that all of this had to be undercooked because of just one of the harshest devloper rushes I've seen in in a good while its a dang shame
Really they shouldn't have announced the game until they has already finished it, or were close to, then just spend the next few months teasing it to build up hype before releasing a finished product. It boggles me why companies don't do something Like this more often with games, especially triple A games.
Ok so for the Ruin DLC I just had a good idea: So, let's say Vanny made Monty tear Bonnie apart, (maybe it was because he couldn't get possessed like Freddy, or for parts for Afton) and I really am grasping at straws here, but what if Bonnie is like Freddy? We could get parts to fix him while avoiding the broken-down animatronics. Just a theory though!
The only reason we see Afton as burntrap is that he has to have enough Remnant to regenerate his organs. Even though in the bad and then they mentioned many people going missing and some of the events in the book take place in the game Pizza Plex so there should be Remnant and agony floating around the building.
...If Afton starts to reform himself and comes back to life, I think that'll pretty much be the end of stakes in fnaf. 😭Remnant's been such a broken concept since it went from haunted metal to the Elixir of Life.
i think burntrap has bonnies legs. they're almost exactly like glamrock legs. but if you compare the two endos, you'll notice that burntrap's torso and arms are springtrap's. So burntrap's corpse was probably just the torso up so vanny just slapped glamrock legs on it.
Burntrap’s design not entirely matching up could also mean that Vanny was just sort of stitching together parts she had to create a body for him rather than putting him into the body of someone else, that would explain why his endoskeleton is different (could be female like you said or could be an earlier model she found) and why other things like the claws don’t match up, maybe she used parts of Bonnie to make him but not all of it, which supports the ‘Bonnie isn’t missing, just badly damaged’ thing because there would still be parts left Also I think in one of the Tales of the Pizzaplex, there was this computer thing implied to be Afton that was being powered by a Glamrock’s head/head software or whatever to make it fully functional, so maybe Vanny needed an already assembled Glamrock’s head for Burntrap so she could put the Glitchtrap virus into it, allowing him to actually inhabit the body? Idk lmk if you have any thoughts
It could be. Though I must say, she's not doing a great job. XD Though is that was her secret plan to dump Afton into an ineffective body, that would've been a neat plot twist. If Afton shows up in Ruin possessing the Elvis tiger, that... might actually be the greatest thing ever. XD But, I don't know. I don't like going off book logic because Fazbear Frights was so unreliably detached and Tales of the Pizzaplex, while seemingly being more focused on the story, might just not get implemented into the games. We don't even know if the Pizzaplex story will follow after Ruin.
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 Plot twist, the dumb tiger thing was pulling the strings all along?!?1?!1 Nah but I get that, don’t take my ideas to heart, I’m not the most well-versed in the never ending rabbit hole that is the FNAF lore
I still think they could work Shattered Freddy into Ruin If him and Gregory got separated, perhaps you don’t find him until the very end of the DLC…only when you do, Afton (now merged with the Blob) has messed him up pretty bad, to the point where he’# finally able to take control.
Interesting video, I really hope this gets explained more in Ruin, like maybe Ruin could have multiple paths or something like Uncovering the mystery of Gregory and Freddy and maybe a "Bonnie path" where we uncover the mystery of Glamrock Bonnie. One thing is that we could repair Bonnie and he could be one of our allies and find out how and why he's been missing all this time, like If Monty was involved, he had to have been controlled by Vanny and Afton, like if we can repair Monty I can see Bonnie being like "YOU DESTROYED ME!" and Monty being like "What? I did? I don't remember doing that." Something like that Idk, And then the 3 of you set out to find the real culprit behind it all, the one who framed Monty. But if anyone is going to be our main ally in Ruin, I think it will most likely be Glamrock Chica because there's some pretty good evidence on it. Shoutout to Mr. Springs btw. And I know what you guys are thinking, "Uhhhh, bro why would Bonnie want to help someone who possibly destroyed him?" Well, yeah Bonnie might be hesitant on it, But I think the new girl we play as might want to do it to get answers out of him, maybe something like that. I would like that Idk about any of you, Plus if they made the new girl another savage like Gregory, then her character wouldn't be any different from him, she would literally just be a female version of him that's it, there would be nothing special about her character.
I'm guessing it started with Freddy, a guitarist Bonnie, a singing yellow Chica and Roxy (perhaps no Glamrock Foxy), Chica's then given the new voicebox which puts her out of singing, making her guitarist and Bonnie bassist. He's then decommissioned and replaced with Monty, then the yellow bibbed Chica from Storyteller gets retired in place of white one. We do hear about a shattered Chica in the sewers in the next story, but that would interfere with the voicebox bit.
This makes me wish they'd show us the full original script for the game. So much cut content and random stuff happening without explanation, it would be great to see how it was all meant to play out originally
YEAHHHH BONNIE VIDEO! You being the only one I know of able to recount and introduce the many theories of my favorite mystery in Security Breach in an eloquent and exciting way really speaks to how you are such a quality fnaf commentary channel. When I heard you were covering this I was like ‘yess! Finally this theory gets the justice coverage it needs’ tysm ❤❤
I’ve never heard the idea that Bonnie’s personality was so sadistic behind the scenes, I honestly think it’s really cool! I never even thought of that :0!
An excellent culmination pf the last few videos! I really like the idea that glitchtrap may actually be separate from Afton in burntrap. It's a very interesting perspective!
What if it was Gregory? Very unlikely yes, but he is capable of shattering Chika, Roxanne and Monty, so Gregory could have damaged Bonnie beyond reasonable repair. We also don't know how long Gregory was in the Pizza Plex before Freddy found him. When Bonnie was wondering around the Pizza Plex that might have been him tracking Gregory. The motivation is harder to explain, but if Gregory started as an animatronic that wanted to be a real boy then he might have a need advance Animatronic parts. A child like robot with fake memories to hold a conversation the robot didn't realize was fake.
My only thought is possibly Bonnie had heard vanny talking about all her shenanigans and Bonnie wanted to report it. So vanny destroyed Bonnie out of fear that Bonnie would say something. That's my theory and take on it. I love love love your videos! You're one of the few fanf channels I trust.
Personal theory Because you keep bringing up Afton's looks and why he would want to return that way I believe that he's unfinished That Gregory being there THIS specific night in the pizza plex kicked things into high gear because they were running out of time Causing an unfinished, decrepit afton Whereas, if Gregory HADN'T been there this night, vanny would have been able to complete his stronger, possibly stronger than a human, glamrock suit
I'm in the "Bonnie's parts were used for Afton" camp, and it explains why Vanny would need to setup a Charging Station for Burntrap when we've seen no evidence of Remnant Powered bots needing Electricity, Bonnie's Glamrock parts weren't yet exposed to Remnant, also leading to why they'd target Gregory. However, Glitchtrap would need something to bond to, other then just the fleshy bits, to re-animate Burntrap, so my suspicion is that they didn't use the Entirety of Bonnie, just enough to get Burntrap mobile... if not for the need for Electricity.
It's really a shame that Security Breach was rushed. We lost out on a lot of aspects that would have been great. It would be really cool if Bonnie does show up in Ruin though. Either as an answer to what happened (like seeing his decommissioned or torn apart body) or him actually coming back after a long time being repaired and being like a "wtf happened here" situation and he ends up helping the little girl we'll be playing as. I'm not holding out hopes for Bonnie showing up lol, but I do hope the Ruin DLC turns out to be good.
I gotta say, the "thumbscrews" and "how to torture people" google searches from FNAF AR are like, kinda spooky be cause y'know, first time we start talking about *actual violence* instead of off screen horror... ...but can we just appreciate that William has been dead since the last 80's to early 90's, so these google searches are literally a serial killer from the 80's finding out about Google and being like "Oh wow! The entirety of human knowledge at my fingertips! I could learn anything at the press of a button! I'm gonna look up how to be a serial killer, maybe they'll have some handy tips! :D"
I think Bonnie being associated with stars is a pretty good integration of Toy Bonnie's voice lines in AR. A lot of mentions of stars and being famous. Rockstar Bonnie also mentions reaching for the stars, but that doesn't fit quite as well. I think Bonnie could fill the role of a famous person that is actually legitimately narcissistic and boastful on stage and behind closed doors. Maybe that's what gets Monty to attack him. I also think it would be fun if Glamrock Bonnie was just a bad person. Springtrap is usually seen as an outlier. Taking space in the Bonnie line because he happened to die in a rabbit suit. Or at least that's how I've seen it. The Glamrocks have their own personalities. I think it would be interesting, from a story telling standpoint, to give Bonnie some agency in his own villainy. Even working alongside other rabbits.
with the locations he visited (arcade, monty golf, yada yada) it almost seems like bonnie was just trying to have a nice night off and play some games, which, considering his fate, i find more funny than i should. just,,, could you imagine going out to play some mini golf and then all of a sudden getting mugged, killed, and used for parts for an old, old man's new outfit? i'd be so angry if that happened to me GDGJGDGJ
Honestly hoping for bonnie to make an appearance in the near future. Perhaps Bonnie had noticed something and would sneak out and try to figure out what was going on and the last shown of his location could prove that, it just seems as he is wandering around but perhaps those places were where he had noticed things changing or suspicious, which could mean he could of been a threat to Vanny, he "knew" too much, so she could of either destroyed him with the staffbots? Since she does have control over that and she only needs them to destroy Glamrock freddy.
I was thinking about this, but burntrap obviously has pieces of his real corpse still inside the suit, maybe it’s possible that vanny had to find the remains of aftons mangled corpse, and build a custom endos that fits around what’s left of his body, I also think that bonnie was decommissioned by vanny using monty, but maybe she had to cut his endo up and customize it to fit the corpse of afton so he could properly fuse with the suit and become reborn again, since afton obviously likes rabbit suits, bonny would 100% be the best advocate for spare working parts that could fit him.
According to MatPat's wild theories, Burntrap is the remains of Afton in the original springlock golden Bonnie suit, he's in that state because the Pizzaplex is built over the ruins of the pizzeria that was burned down with Afton in it.
your videos are super cool!! i usually watch fnaf theory and discussion videos as background noise, but yours just drags my attention in and really entertain me! definitely my go to favorite channel from now
Thanks for mentioning my comment pointing out how fazbear entertainment possibly falsely depict Monty with Bonnie’s personality to avoid more questioning of where is Bonnie
Another real winner of a video. When your video game is chock-full of unused content, scrapped ideas, and details that are clarified in the books, it’s difficult to tell what’s meant to be vague on purpose and what’s just clumsy writing or presentation. Say, I gotta ask, did that “HitFilm” stuff ever work out for you?
There’s HitFilm Express, and then just regular ol’ HitFilm. Make sure you’re only using features that don’t have a “Creator” or “Pro” label on them. Best of luck!
I had a thought earlier involving the Baobab tree and how it links to Freddy and Friends on Tour. I think maybe the fact Bonnie was hiding in a stump/flower pot might connect to the whole "Animatronic Head inside an object" concept. I know it's a shaky guess, but I thought it was notable! Hopefully Tiger Rock will give more insight into the situation.
I like to believe that Bonnie attacked monty. In this idea, Bonnie would have been the first with the virus, like a test run, and the other staff at the pizza plex were able to repair monty, but they didn't want to keep such a malicious animatronic
i just noticed that bowling pin bonnie actually has feet and hands and yet NO BODY, and honestly its messing with me more than it should. like why does he look that its freakin me out, man
When you keep in mind that most of Fnaf's storyline has been explained in minigame hints, not really. All we know about Bonnie, the clueless one, likes him.
Burntrap has 5 fingers, it so happens the nightmares have 5 fingers too. And also nightmare Freddy's voice line in UCN has a part that says something of the lines, "We were made, not by you but the one you should have not killed." SO THAT MEANS THE NIGHTMARE ANIMATRONICS ARE REAL BUT PROBABLY THERE ENDOSKELETON, IF THE NIGHTMARE ANIMATRONICS ARE REAL THAT MEANS BURNTRAP HAVE THE HANDS OF THE NIGHTMARES!!!!!!!
@notrealname - thanks for the shoutout. I'm always happy to lend ideas to people.
You're very welcome! 8D I never really stopped and thought about how weird the time thing was.

@@notrealnamenotatall2476 oofers
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 you are aware that the messages in the game already state that Monty destroyed Bonnie, and that Vanessa took the remaining working parts somewhere but it's not specified where.
Imagine if Ruin releases and it turns out they just shipped Bonnie out for repairs and he finally arrived back in the mail. Seeing Bonnie's reaction to the aftermath of everything would be a fun idea, actually...
We think it's about this little girl, but it's really a fake-out and we're playing Bonnie looking for the lost child. I could get behind that!
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 or Bonnie is the animatronic helping the girl like Freddy helped Gregory?
You know, that's a great idea for a fanfic somewhere.
"Hey guys I'm baaaaaaack, what's crackin' an- The Faz happened here?"
@@dextreme7186 Haaaaa! You beat me to it!
And then maybe Freddy being broken..? And we progressively try to fix him throughout the story.
@@Seriously_Unserious I never thought of it being a prequel but now I like that idea.
A side note about Monty that I was thinking about since your last video is that he seems to represent the rock star trait of being a super down to earth and cool person in their public image while being a complete rageaholic diva off stage. If Monty was a person he would lose it if there was no sparkling water in his green room
That’s a hilarious mental image, imagine him like thrashing the place and someone asks him why’s he so mad and he’s like ‘there’s no sparking water.’
i know that bonnie had a glamrock form but i really like the thought of him having a dad bod with a bowling shirt. it'd be nice to see him return in a chillax fatherly kinda vibe, a welcoming and comforting figure to contrast the bright and flamboyant aura of the rest of the pizza plex. i know ruin is about the destroyed aftermath, but a little part of me wants to see bonnie be a full on father figure lmao
I really hope someday we get Glamrock Bonnie's canon design and he has a permanent bowling shirt on. XD
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 well I like it better a glamrock version of Bonnie better in my opinion it looks ok for him in bowling shirt but glamrock form is way better
Could actually be perfect. Real but terrible father Willam in a bonnie suit vs robo dad Bonnie. Two rabbit dads fighting it out
I can imagine him in a jacked dad bod. Like a strong man.
Is it because you're lacking a father? *joke*
"She's covered in plot armor so thick that the scooper itself would bend in on itself."
Now that's impressive.
We might still get it, but they want to finish Ruin, first
I always imagined Glamrock Bonnie to be the 'Good friend' of the group, not the most prominent bandmate, but the one everyone could agree on liking. with him being the kind of person who shows interest in what you're saying and giving his honest opinion.
It is reasonable someone could spend an hour playing on one of those 😊
Here's Negan?😊
PINBAALLLLLL

@@Dzpvfk That's what I thought-
@@Dzpvfk my best guess is that bonnie's remains were used to repair spots where the springlock suit broke down to the point of inhibiting movement, with the fleshy bits drooping down on to them as he continued to decay (to explain why new parts would have the same 'veins' as the original parts).i think the more the willy's corpse breaks down, the more the suit hes fused to can fall off his remains
@justice8718 Man, I hope not. I am so tired of William. Three of them in Security Breach? THREE OF THEM?!! Just no.
@@twilight_potato What if Gregory is a Willaim Afton clone? Boom, 4 Willaims lol
Perhaps Monty was as fond of Bonny as freddy was, and he wears the glasses as a reminder of his lost friend.
There are different stages one has to grief maybe Freddy’s more towards Acceptance and Monty’s still in the early stages of Anger poor guys
If you disable all the caution signs in Ruin, you'll be able to reach Bonnie behind the Bowling lanes in Bonnie Bowl
Glamrock Bonnie never existed and Freddy planted fake evidence around the pizzaplex just to trick Gregory into becoming a conspiracy theorist
Freddy always struck me as a secret mastermind hiding behind a mask of lovable dad energy.
Undeniably canon spoilers 👀?
OofTrooper, I think your on to something.
Thank you so much, and I'm so happy to hear that! I try to make them thorough without becoming too info-heavy or boring. ^_^
What if that means he’s chubbier also?
Possibility 5B: Bonnie was just simping for Vanny. The Bunny costume may have been just to lead him along, with him working with her until she no longer needed him then just led him into the Himbo cave(or "Monty Golf"). She then used what was left of him for rebuilding Burntrap(filling in the many gaps with female endo parts to troll him).
This is definitely canon
You too, Bud! 8D
Just wanted to say, seeing an upload from you makes my day 12 times better. You have the perfect voice for these things
Thank you so much! 8D
A sort of retelling of the same events with a different coat of paint.
i love your style of presenting information and your scripts are super comprehensive!! underrated fnaf content creator
Thank you! 8D
i really like the idea you brought up of Vanny framing Monty.. never thought of that before

I think that even though burntrap's endo doesn't match with the male glamrock endo, it could still be possible that he was rebuilt with bonnie's.
More like spring-crap amiright?
After watching your two previous videos I’m not actually that mad that Bonnie isn’t apart of the main band anymore. You give such good details and theories that I like glam rock Monty now! I never knew that could happen but you did it!!!
Your videos got recommended to me and it's brought me back into another fnaf phase. Your theories make the most sense out of every theory video I've seen out there rn. Love your videos!!
Thank you! There's plenty more coming!
I've never considered that the Daycare Attendant could be the one behind Bonnie's death, that's a really interesting idea!
Amazing that because the lore is so dense and convoluted, the only thing we really know that is consistent through everything: William's fursona is a rabbit.
Personally, on the whole Monty-Bonnie thing, I wanna throw in my 2 cents
Monty:
Most of the decals in the Pizzaplex already show the other sides of the Glamrocks.
Bonnie:
We really don’t know much about him, except that he existed.
Thank you for your kind words, and for watching them! ^_^ I really appreciate it!
19:35 let's hope that they add stuff like chicas feeding frenzy, the character gallery, the survival mode or maybe even the scrapped shattered Freddy section back:D
Things that bug me about this case: No one ever brings up the official Security Breach guide book's ( I know, I know, "BOO OFFICIAL BOOKS BAD!" ) point about Burntrap being designated as a "Withered Spring Bonnie." (I'm sure it's easy enough to dismiss but still raises a eyebrow.)
And the bit about Monty, Glam Rock Bonnie and Burntrap having the same claws, No one considers the idea that a multimillion(?) dollar company wouldn't just have spare parts for repairs?
That is what I had in mind during that section, especially seeing as Bonnie's remains are within Monty's room.
I find it funny that they have no backup casings, but they DO have dozens of extra endos (all the male version for some reason).
My headcanon is that, given Monty's history, Monty might have fallen off the catwalks accidentally and fallen directly onto Bonnie in Monty Golf
Something I keep on seeing people complain about when saying that Vanny built a new body for burn-trap is that it looks way too torn up, but if you look at the animatronics during the course of the game they progressively get more withered because they are being possessed by spring-trap so maybe since burn trap straight-up has spring-trap inside of him it sped up the weathering process or maybe he's been possessing this suit for a while. just a thought
i love your videos so much i hope you never get tired of the franchise bc i look forward to these analyses so often 😭
Bonnie has always been a real one
Burntrap’s design not entirely matching up could also mean that Vanny was just sort of stitching together parts she had to create a body for him rather than putting him into the body of someone else, that would explain why his endoskeleton is different (could be female like you said or could be an earlier model she found) and why other things like the claws don’t match up, maybe she used parts of Bonnie to make him but not all of it, which supports the ‘Bonnie isn’t missing, just badly damaged’ thing because there would still be parts left
Also I think in one of the Tales of the Pizzaplex, there was this computer thing implied to be Afton that was being powered by a Glamrock’s head/head software or whatever to make it fully functional, so maybe Vanny needed an already assembled Glamrock’s head for Burntrap so she could put the Glitchtrap virus into it, allowing him to actually inhabit the body? Idk lmk if you have any thoughts
It could be. Though I must say, she's not doing a great job. XD Though is that was her secret plan to dump Afton into an ineffective body, that would've been a neat plot twist.
If Afton shows up in Ruin possessing the Elvis tiger, that... might actually be the greatest thing ever. XD
But, I don't know. I don't like going off book logic because Fazbear Frights was so unreliably detached and Tales of the Pizzaplex, while seemingly being more focused on the story, might just not get implemented into the games. We don't even know if the Pizzaplex story will follow after Ruin.
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 Plot twist, the dumb tiger thing was pulling the strings all along?!?1?!1
Nah but I get that, don’t take my ideas to heart, I’m not the most well-versed in the never ending rabbit hole that is the FNAF lore
I still think they could work Shattered Freddy into Ruin
If him and Gregory got separated, perhaps you don’t find him until the very end of the DLC…only when you do, Afton (now merged with the Blob) has messed him up pretty bad, to the point where he’# finally able to take control.
I haven't played a single FNAF game but for some reason I've been watching your videos over and over and over. These videos are amazing
Thank you so much!
6:35 A fun thing that I found while watching this video: Bonnie is wearing Monty's glasses in the 2nd 8th anniversary poster by Steel Wool
Oh, now that is neat!
It sounds like something Fnaf would do, unfortunately. The worst timeline story-wise. XD
My only thought is possibly Bonnie had heard vanny talking about all her shenanigans and Bonnie wanted to report it. So vanny destroyed Bonnie out of fear that Bonnie would say something. That's my theory and take on it. I love love love your videos! You're one of the few fanf channels I trust.
you're my new favorite youtuber!!!! been binging your videos all week :)
Oh, thank you! 8D And I'm glad you've been liking them!
Imma be honest here: your content is some of the best Fnaf content out there and may even be my favourite Fnaf channel out there!
D'aww, thank you kindly! 😊
@@notrealnamenotatall2476 you are very welcome, please keep up the genuinely awsome work you do!
Personal theory
Because you keep bringing up Afton's looks and why he would want to return that way
I believe that he's unfinished
That Gregory being there THIS specific night in the pizza plex kicked things into high gear because they were running out of time
Causing an unfinished, decrepit afton
Whereas, if Gregory HADN'T been there this night, vanny would have been able to complete his stronger, possibly stronger than a human, glamrock suit
That would make a lot of sense!
Glamrock Bonnie, hopping along into our hearts since 2021.
Yes! I have been waiting for this! Ty!
Bonnie probably just went missing cause he wanted to murder more sentient bowling puns and forgot to come back.
I love your work, you break everything down very well!
According to MatPat's wild theories, Burntrap is the remains of Afton in the original springlock golden Bonnie suit, he's in that state because the Pizzaplex is built over the ruins of the pizzeria that was burned down with Afton in it.
This is great! There were a lot of points and a few theories I hadn't thought of before and I am now rotating this like a potato in a microwave
19:27 Woah, what a surprise! I truly wasn’t expecting that.
your videos are super cool!! i usually watch fnaf theory and discussion videos as background noise, but yours just drags my attention in and really entertain me! definitely my go to favorite channel from now
Oh, thank you so much! 8D
I’m new to your content and your theories and videos are way better then matpats, thank you. I really enjoy these analysis and brake down vids
I'm still trying to find a version without a watermark. ^_^ Apparently there is one, I think, but the one I downloaded still had it.
He went from Bonnie to Gone-ie
Thanks for making this video it insights us more about bonnie.
No problem! I'm glad I did too, because I didn't even notice some of the little clues until I took a second look. ^_^
i just noticed that bowling pin bonnie actually has feet and hands and yet NO BODY, and honestly its messing with me more than it should. like why does he look that its freakin me out, man
Bowling Ball Bonnie is cursed Beyond Belief.
Great vid as always, pretty nice idea to combine the separate points from the 2 vids in its own video!
Tbh I think the bonnie bowling ball images being a hint towards a sadistic side is a huuuuge reach.
He is the non aggressive endo in parts and services and got taken apart for scraps
