- This is the origami bear by John Montroll This bear is not really difficult to fold and the result is stunning!
Paper used in the video: printer paper 21x21cm
I highly recommand to wetfold this model, as you can see, the result without wetfolding isn't stunning and the result in the beginning is really good!

this is my favorite bear design I've found but it's SO HARD to do with only a visual, I've failed terribly trying to make this, you lost me once the legs were being made! guess it's just me

ttlee I know this is a really old comment but if you still wanna make this, he’s folding at the point the fold he just make intersects with the edge of the paper.

great design! maybe try using paper with a different color on the other side to make it easier to see in the video. Just a suggestion :)
Yeah sure, we make most of our videos with two colored paper, but I think we were out of stock

What paper to use for wet folding?
thick paper is best but make sure it isn't too thick that u cant fold it

I tried to make my dad a origami bear for his birthday, but apparently I can't do origami because I got lost at around 6:50 and I couldn't keep going, oh well.

started getting lost at the end because you were going way too fast with the legs and the head of the bear
I think you can make it if you take your time and put the video on pauze every time you think you are getting lost
