I respectfully disagree. I live in New Hampshire and whilst campaigning Bush Jr. spoke at my high school (before election) in the auditorium open to the public. As well as the auditorium being able to ask questions A few students were picked to ask on stage. I was one of those students. I asked him about his stance with Putin and Russia. Paraphrasing.
