SM's quality is NOT up to snuff watch enthusiasts. Buyer beware. I've purchased 2 of their watches recently. One SS bracelet had a pin that could not be removed for sizing the SS bracelet. And the 2nd watch I just received had a stripped screw on the SS bracelet, preventing the removal of the link for sizing. I've had neither of these problems with my many sub $150 Pagani Design Watches that I own. So not are they expensive for their specs, their quality appears to be very poor.
You can see on my channel I' own over 20 PD watches (a few I've gotten rid of), and have given up on them due to bracelet and clasp quality control (I"ll buy them if I'm going to use after market straps). I've owned an equal amount of SM and not once have had a bracelet issue as long as I used Loctite. I did have a bad crown once - but PD isn't anywhere close on the QC side of things. I would encourage you to post videos of some content before you return them.
