most of those are due to anxiety, i also get those Gil. specially when i feel nervous and im thinking negative stuff or worrying about something. try to calm down relax, close your eyes and take deep breaths when you get those. also drink a lot of water daily and stay busy. good luck

Diet plays a big role in all of this. You csn exercise every day but if your diet hasnt changed, it will not help. I would remove processed food, junk food, sugar, fast food, greasy food from your diet. I dont know if you're taking vitamins but i would start taking omega fish oil, vitamin D3 and vitamin C. Also magnesium glycinate is good for the heart and anxiety. Eat more fruits and veggies and healthy fats, like avocados, almond butter etc. Heart palpitations can also be a gut problem. Start taking a good probiotic supplement, eat greek yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, think of fermented foods. Make smoothies in the morning or after a workout, with fruit, spinach and a good protein powder. There are so many healthy recipes on RUclips to try. I would also look into the Mediterranean diet. Many videos on recipes here. Anyway hope this helps. Take care, but most of all, read your bible every morning and before bed, that helps reduce any anxiety and stress. 🙏

First, ask the doc and get cleared. Second, if cleared, most if not all of us get this. It may be anxiety induced or diet or nothing at all… the human body is not perfect.
The thing to do is not get freaked out. Don’t let them make you panic. Don’t let them release adrenaline or a circle of panic. You’ll be ok. Gil has em and is still here. Myself too. Even at the “worst case scenario”, it’s ok. We all go and some people drop dead randomly. Not to get dark, but it’s the truth. Living close to 30 years with it! Peace and love.

Oh wow, Gil, I didn't know you suffer from them always! I never had them until I got covid, now I still experience them. Thanks so much for mentioning this topic!! Drinking water, lying down and just closing your eyes tend to help it calm down usually.

Gil...24 years ago I had to go to emergency because my heart was racing really fast for over an hour. After that I started having arrhythmias almost daily. I got really depressed and thought I would die young, but here I am 24 years later with grandchildren and like you I've gotten use to my condition! You never know exactly what causes it but they come and go and as long as you keep monitored periodically you should me okay! Obviously the worst culprits are lack of exercise, stress, and diet, so keep those under control and you should be okay! Has not finding a job stressed you out? Don't worry it'll pass. Happy Birthday amigo!

Hi Gilbert, For the last couple of years, my wife's Apple Watch has warned her of heart/health problems with heartbeats per minute, which is not normal.
She has been to the doctor and has been prescribed "Diltiazem." Her watch still occasionally gives warnings, but not as often.

I think the world we’re living in right now with Bidenomics and inflation also causes a lot more stress and anxiety …Just trying to survive and make a mortgage payment, groceries , bills ..It’s the worst it’s ever been . Just take it one day at a time. “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow ,for tomorrow will worry about itself .Each day has enough trouble of its own”. Matthew 6:34 God bless you Gil ✌️

If you eat a lot of salt that affects your blood pressure, and if you’re drinking a lot of soda and not enough water. ✌️😊 Take care of yourself . Happy birthday ( yesterday)🎂🎈

Take them seriously. I started getting them as a teenager once in a while and I was in great physical shape as a high school and college soccer player. Then at 34, I was getting them bad. Wore a heart monitor but they found nothing. A year later I almost had a heart attack at 36. I had an artery clogged of 99%. Thankfully I got to the hospital on time and they gave me a stent. Now I'm 52 but take blood thinners daily.

Sorry you went through that. Glad your problem was corrected. Palpitations are different for everyone. Not disrespecting your story but some may get unnecessarily scared with your story. Such as myself back in the day. Get checked and live happy and healthy but in the end, shits gonna happen or not just based on the randomness of life.
Heart attack and clogged arteries can be nothing to do with palpitations. Diet and lifestyle play a part. Family history too. Palpitations can be a sign… but also not. It can be many things. At some point, you gotta stop the worry and live life. Do your due diligence then live life accordingly happily.
