Hello dr, can I ask please if MSK radiologist are trained to deal with back pain in their training and can intervene specifically using ultrasound guided steroid injections. , like for example do you do facet injections under ultrasound guidance, or help with sciatica etc. or is extra training required
I’ve only ever done facet joint injections under floursocopy or ct guidance and one can learn this during their training as a radiologist Orthopaedics can do this under flouroscopic guidance as well
This seems a good career for stability. I aimed for investment banking then was axed after 3 years so now trying to get into private equity
