Thanks Doug. This video helped me out because it showed me that I can get crispy coated chicken without using an egg wash or putting it in the refrigerator to set for a while. To date I have only been cooking naked chicken. The first think I would make would be air fried pork chops or red snapper. If I didn't already have a small air fryer, this one would be coming to stay at my house.
Hi Doug, those legs look & sound DELICIOUS! I've never seen that breading before! What I like about the Ninja 4qt. air fryer MOST is the easy to clean ceramic basket & base thingy. Thanks for sharing! 🌺
Doug, my daughter and I watched this video so we can finally make some fried chicken in the air fryer (our first time watching this particular video)and when I said "take a bite" you said "I'll take a bite". We cracked up, it was right on point. The chicken looks amazing, can't wait to make ours tonight!
I have your videos on a loop in my house. I am in NC so, I talk about you at the dinner table like we know each other. My son finally ask me the other day "who is Doug". I said my cooking mentor.
Looks delicious :) I can't go physically to a store.I really depend on videos such as this for products. My shopping is online only....so forced to pay top dollar for everything. I shop carefully as I can. I appreciate you naming ingredients when possible. Thanks for dinner idea!
So glad air fryers are getting away from that bulky egg shape. I love my Dash which takes up very little room and looks like a horse pill LOL. I want to eventually upgrade to a digital air fryer for more control
Ran across your video tonight (1/3/19). I got mine for Xmas and have tested sweet potato fries, chicken breast, shrimp tempura and a steak. Not disappointed thus far. Will be testing donuts this weekend. Nice video
I have the same air fryer and have it for a while. I’ve used it some, but I’m sure there is more I can use it for. So far I love it it but I want to learn more about it, because I know it can do a lot more. Thanks for sharing.

I don't ever let nobody season my meat, finally someone using a meat thermometer. I've had my eye on the Ninja Air Fryer on Amazon, it caught my eye because it has the ceramic coated basket. Ceramic will get super hot and cools down quickly. Getting ready to order this one right now.
Ninja air fryer is well built and performs well. I also like the ceramic basket vs the Teflon. I would def like to try the breading with some thick pork steaks. I can imagine how crunchy the outside would be after watching your video and juicy inside. Love your videos. Keep them coming Doug! I always learn something from them.

Hi Doug, new subscriber - enjoying your videos. I have a question, can you fry chicken like this in the Ninja Foodi? I have been searching to see if this is possible, but have seen no videos anywhere. Is the foodi more of a crisper rather than a fryer?
