  • Ingredients:
    For the cake base:
    225 g rusks
    100 g melted butter
    For the cheese mixture:
    300 g cream cheese
    500 g quark
    250 g mascarpone
    80 g sugar
    30 g cornstarch
    150 ml cream
    4 eggs
    1 packet of vanilla sugar
    Butter for the springform pan
    Springform pan: 26 cm
    Bake in a preheated oven at 170° top/bottom heat for 70 minutes.
