I have a matching campagnolo crankset with campagnolo high flange hubs.

I recently bought a 24.5 version with mostly original parts excluding wheels. Previously, I had a frame which, after building as a single speed, had to sell. I wanted the brakes but used modern components with bar end shifters. I was able to fit 700x32c tires and fenders a bit of clearance. My mechanic friend split the cost by buying the parts I did not want. Unlike me at 185cm, he is much shorter and is looking for an XS frame to build up.

What color is it? These make for fantastic brevets.

@@velogrove On the first build that I sold the frame, I found some flat aluminum fenders that were anodized in orange. I borrowed then bought a Gitane TdF from a friend to use as a spring road bike. Loved the ride, fit reasonable tires on it. But did not want to deal with the odd French stuff. Once I figured out how to set up the centre pull brakes they work OK. So I was looking just in case another Raleigh showed up for sale. Then this one did with all the parts. Next I want to try a frame with bolt on mounts but that may have to be a custom job. Any thoughts on Wiennman vs Mafac?

Thanks for the tour. While I don't agree with the previous comment that she's in pitiful condition, I do think there are a few basic elements to address if you choose to restore her. I think you mention the stem...yes, definitely swap that out for at least a standard GB stem. I'd also abandon the suicide brake levers (and swap the bar tape while you're at it). A bath in evaporust will help a lot as well. She's certainly worth the time and attention. I just restored one myself and it's now one of my favorite bikes. Please excuse the unsolicited feedback.

It's hard to look at a potentially great vintage bicycle in such pitiful condition
