41:20 Fun fact: with a full cauldron and an empty bottle you can have infinite water like this: grab a bucket and fill it up; afterwards, place it; then, grab your bottle and start refilling the cauldron until its filled by right clicking on the water source; and finally, grab the water with a bucket and make an infinite water source. Hopefully this helps in the future.

A great way to mend tools in a mob grinder is to hold the broken tool in your off hand while using your sword in your main hand. The slots that mend when you gain XP are your armor, your main hand, and your off hand.

You can combine partial cauldron water with a bottle. Once you get a full cauldron, grab it with a bucket and place it as a water source. Then you can get unlimited bottles of water from the water source to fill another cauldron and make another water source. So you get infinite water from a single full cauldron which could have had somewhat early on.

Pro-tip: You can get infinite water once you have a full cauldron, a bucket and a glass bottle. Glass bottles can be refilled infinitely from a single water source block, so fill the cauldron back up using the glass bottles on the source block, then bucket the cauldron's water and you now have infinite water source blocks.

There is actually a suspicious stew that you can make at the beginning of the game that returns 9 hunger bars, you use a dandelion when crafting it. So if you have a dandelion make sure to bonemeal the hell outta it so you can have all that you need when you find mushrooms.

Tip for mending - offhand the item you want to heal.
I'm not certain if this works with a mending weapon being the attacker, so a cheap sword without mending is probably better for the offhand heal trick.

Hey! I love your content, and I think it's so cool how you're always learning more ins and outs of minecraft. It's always super interesting and engaging. This is just letting you know about another one of Minecraft's cool little tricks! You could've gotten infinite water a bit earlier from two ways.
If the sponges at the beginning were wet sponges, you could smelt them in the furnace to dry them out. If you use a lava bucket to do this, and you don't take the empty bucket out as soon as it starts burning, the wet sponge will fill the empty bucket with water.
The second way also involves the cauldrons! Using a bunch of cauldrons was a really good idea as it speeds the process up a bit, but once you have one bucket of water (using water bottles to consolidate as you did in the video), if you place that source, you can use water bottles to fill up the cauldron again if you fill the bottles from the source block.
Super cool video, and a wonderful concept. Keep up the good work, and keep learning!

Took me like 6 minutes to realize this is my boy Pat the SmithPlays. Haven’t watched him since the good ol’ BO2 days. Great to see him again.

You actually can scoop up the water from a partially filled cauldron with a bottle, but you were shifting/crouched so it didn't work.

@@thomasemmet.5666 Still a lot of effort, for the editor specifically (if he has one); it still takes effort though to actually record for so long or record so much (it'd take up so much space omg)
