Dot, Kickert, u of Chicago, and many others need this. It should be based on strength not gossip, not personal opinions of others, etc. if employers and leaders apply this they would see where they have built other team leaders, productivity increases, and a welcoming environment. We need people to follow druckers outline on becoming and effective leader. I've loved this guys teachings. I have applied it in my life when needed. But when your dealing with people with large egos and lots of pride but lack knowledge of leadership this would fail if management is not open to leading by example and open to learning from others. Other people's strength can be used where yours is weak.
